    Industrial revitalization is the top priority to comprehensively promote rural revitalization. For the vast post-development areas, strengthening the selection, cultivation and development of characteristic industries in accordance with local conditions is not only a key path to promote rural revitalization, but also an important measure to promote high-quality economic development. Shanjiao Village, Huangmian Town, Luzhai County, Liuzhou City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy, explored a way to promote the development of rural revitalization with characteristic industries tailored to local conditions, and successfully selected as the national “one village, one product” demonstration village (town) in 2022. According to the survey, Shanshou Village's success in promoting rural revitalization with characteristic industries tailored to local conditions cannot be achieved without the application of multiple policy support and multiple measures of modern grassroots social governance methods: make full use of the policies formulated and implemented by the state to promote rural revitalization, strengthen the guidance of party building, and encourage multiple subjects to cooperate with rural governance; Strengthen the village collective economy, attract labor force back; Prosperity of rural culture, build a common spiritual home; We will improve the long-term protection mechanism for rural ecology, and develop an industrial system for ecological recycling and reuse.

    This article conducts on-site research on the “one old and one small” public service system in N city, analyzes the current development status of its “one old and one small” public service system, explores the practical problems in the coordinated development of “one old and one small” public services, and summarizes its possible breakthroughs and development paths. The results revealed that the “one old and one small” service system in Nanjing has prominent problems such as fragmented service content, significant differences in service development levels, imperfect interaction mechanisms between the elderly and children, and insufficient motivation for inclusive development. A long-term mechanism that includes collaborative governance mechanisms, market collaboration mechanisms, interest coordination mechanisms, financial compensation mechanisms, and cultural collaboration mechanisms is proposed to promote the construction of the “one old and one small” service system and achieve the goal of “one old and one small” collaborative high-quality development.

    Inheriting the natural human nature theory of “Guo Dian Chu Jian”, Xunzi hoped to use the rites and music to educate the people to realize the “transformation of nature and false”, change the natural human nature state of “original material simple”, and move towards the “beauty of nature”. Xunzi inherited Confucius's idea of “ritual” , and emphasized that the system of ritual and music should be used to regulate and shape people's feelings and behaviors in detail to achieve the Confucian ideal of governing the country by ritual and music. Xunzi elaborated on the close relationship between music education and the character education of the subject in more detail. Finally, out of a deep understanding of the value of music education, Xunzi also focused on criticizing the “non-music” trend of thought represented by Mozi, and resolutely defended the Confucian ideal of rites and music education with practical actions.     Historically, Eastern Yunnan was a multi-ethnic area, with dfferent ethnic groups maintaining exchanges, exchanges and blending for a long time forming a unique ethnic blending culture presenting different characteristics in different periods. From the pre-Qin period to the early Western Han Dynasty, the communication and blending mainly happened between the indigenous peoples; after the Han immigrants’ immigration in the middle and late Western Han Dynasty, the indigenous peoples and Han barbarians started to communicate and blend, and the Han culture gradually formed a certain influence in eastern Yunnan; and from the Three Kingdoms to the Western Jin Dynasty During the period, Han immigrants gradually became localized, and the exchanges and integration with ethnic minorities deepened, presenting a culture of “Han and Yi” ethnic integration.     Language testing has an important impact on teachers, students, teaching and learning activities, parents, and even the society. The practical needs and important role of the Putonghua Shuiping Ceshi (PSC) was studied based on the follow-up survey of students’ PSC results fromdifferent majors at local universities. The current Standard Spoken Chinese Language ability of college students was analyzed, and the washback of the language test was explored. The positive washback is dominant, while the negative impact is less. Therefore, the path of maximizing the positive utility and effectively reducing the negative utility is proposed to help improve the Standard Spoken Chinese Language ability.

    One hundred and two Bouyei children’s (aging 3 to 6 years old) mandarin application ability from two kindergartens in Lubuge of Luoping, Yunnan Province was invesitgated from five dimensions: simple Chinese question and answer, Chinese vocabulary mastery, sentence comprehension, understanding action instructions, and preliminary sentence consciousness. The study found that the children’s mandarin ability has no obvious relationship with gender, but is positively correlated with the age. Obvious regional differences were found in Mandarin ability between township and village kindergartens, with that of kindergartens being superior to village kindergartens. The children’s mandarin ability can be effectively improved by the enhancment of the mandarin application ability and teaching ability of rural kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas, strengthen of the creation of language environment in kindergartens and set language courses rationally, cooperation betwen family and school, creation of a good environment for children's mandarin education, paying attention to the current situation of rural private kindergartens in ethnic minority areas and increase support efforts, and establishment and improvement of a system for evaluating children's mandarin proficiency.
