The concept of Human Destiny Community put forward by China provides a blueprint for a better world of mutual benefit and win-win results, joint construction and sharing, equality and mutual trust, inclusiveness and mutual learning, mutual help, and respect for nature. However, in the real world with many national borders, the issues caused by borders, such as economic shielding, legal areas division, cultural separation, arbitrariness of global distribution, tragedy of the commons and negative externalities in cross-border resource exploitation and environmental protection, seriously hinder the construction of human destiny community. Cross-border cooperative governance is an important scheme to weaken the negative effect of borders. The contents covered by cross-border cultural exchange, cross-border mutual assistance, cross-border security cooperation, cross-border economic cooperation and cross-border resource cooperation can effectively promote the construction of cultural community, friendship community, security community, economic community and ecological community. The effectiveness of cross-border cooperative governance is mainly affected by several factors in three main dimensions: subject, process and environment. In order for China to let the consciousness of a community with a shared future for mankind take root in neighboring countries, it is necessary to pay attention to the three approaches to “main incentive”, “process design” and “environment creation” to promote cross-border cooperative governance.

The cross-border areas look forward to developing together with the mainland, but the communication and the transportation with mainland are not smooth and they have to share the impact of disasters. When the effects of disasters cross national borders, the government and actors from different country should do the corporation to deal with the disaster. At the system level, the goal is to establish a cross-border disaster co-governance community. At the process level, we need to translate the willingness and requirements for co-governance of cross-border disaster into practice, and ultimately output relevant policies on co-governance of cross-border disaster. The capacity level is to provide products and services for the co-governance of cross-border disasters and ensure the sustainable development of the co-governance of cross-border disaster. On the basis of the structure of System-Process-Capacity, we will continue to gather people from different countries to develop broader governance models to deal with more risks and challenges.

The county, as an important administrative governance space, has bred a unique county culture and is a distribution center of traditional culture. At present, the inheritance and innovation of rural traditional cultural resources in rural revitalization relys on the county as a meso-carrier, connecting the national macro-strategy at the upper level and the micro-entities of villages at the lower level to realize the holistic and three-dimensional inheritance and innovation of rural traditional cultural resources. The mild climate and resource conditions in the southwestern border of China provided an ideal place for the survival and reproduction of prehistoric humans. The southwestern border area also has abundant copper and salt resources. In the middle and late Neolithic period, humans began to widely use salt. The birth of civilization as well as the country was accompanied by the Bronze Age, so the southwestern border area is actually a breeding ground for civilization. The distribution and evolution characteristics of representative sites from the Paleolithic era to the Neolithic era, as well as from the Neolithic era to the early Bronze Age, indicate a spontaneous trend of human migration towards areas with abundant salt and copper resources. This trend fills the logical gap between the sudden widespread use of salt by humans during the Neolithic Revolution and the successful mastery of copper mining and smelting techniques in the early Bronze Age. The active use of salt and the identification and utilization of copper and natural copper by humans during the Neolithic Revolution should also be an important part of the revolution.

The tourism industry in Yunnan has experienced the initial stage of transitioning from a reception-oriented tourism industry to a tourism industry construction, the rapid development stage marked by the 99 World Expo, and the expansion stage of multiple internationally recognized tourism destinations. A number of resource-oriented international tourism destinations have matured. The construction and evolution of tourism destination images have always been deeply influenced by artistic constructs such as literature and film, and have been in line with specific socio-historical development conditions and changes in communication media, achieving the stability and continuous dissemination of tourism destination images. The study uses a series of significant events as time nodes, adopts a diachronic research perspective to sort out the different stages and characteristics of Yunnan's tourism development, analyzes and evaluates the process and communication effects of Yunnan's tourism destination image construction, and thus proposes suggestions for future communication strategies for Yunnan's tourism destination images.

Based on the relevant data from 2012 to 2020, the coupling degree development index and coordinated development degree between urbanization and tourism in Yunnan for many years are calculated according to the classification of coordinated development types, coordinated development type and comparison type in Yunnan during the study period is classified, and the coordination status is evaluated. At the same time, with the support of GIS technology, the spatial pattern characteristics and spatial pattern of variation characteristics between urbanization and tourism in different cities in Yunnan are revealed by taking 2012 and 2020 as time nodes. The result shows that from the characteristics of time series, the coordinated development of urbanization and tourism has gone through imbalance stage, run-in phase, and coordination phase; the urbanization lag shift to tourism lag since 2015 in Yunnan; high degree of interdependence and coordinated development and overall development trend is good between urbanization and tourism; the process of urbanization has promoted the efficiency of tourism; and that the support of tourism for economic and social development has improved and effectively promoted the process of urbanization. From the feature of spatial pattern, the high-value areas for the coordinated development of urbanization and tourism are concentrated in Kunming, Lijiang, and Qujing. The region has formed a cluster area in the adjustment stage with Yuxi, Chuxiong, Honghe and other central Yunnan regions. The low value areas of coupled and coordinated development are in Diqing, Nujiang, Lincang, Dehong in western Yunnan, as well as Wenshan in southeastern Yunnan and Zhaotong in northeastern Yunnan. The spatial pattern with Kunming and Lijiang being the center gradually changes from the central “coordination” to the edge “ disorder ”.

With the emergence of generative artificial intelligence, some network literature texts are increasingly produced through interactive question-and-answer sessions as well as guided dialogues between authors and generative AI systems. This transformation redefines literary text creation from an individual endeavor to a collaborative process involving both humans and machines. The evolution in literary writing’s subjectivity involves two key aspects: deliberately relinquishing sole authorial control while maximizing reliance on AI for immediate, uniform writing tasks, and rising above the mechanical logic of writing and stead protecting the author’s subjective authority, to constantly guard against AI usurping the subjectivity in writing. The ultimate goal for network literature writing in the era of AI is the “integration of humans and machines”: author subjects and algorithms engage in continuous interaction to create a highly intelligent system that effectively merges human insight, machine learning, and the network environment. Subjectivity in network literature writing will not only persist but also experience positive reconstruction with in a dialectic process.

Sericulture industry is a characteristic industry in Guangxi, and the risk it faces is greater relatively to other agriculture, but agricultural insurance can effectively reduce the adverse impact of sericulture industry, and the insurance is an important driving force for rural revitalization in Guangxi. On this basis, the relevant data of 12 prefecture-level cities in Guangxi from 2008 to 2021 are used to construct sericulture industry development level indicators and examine the impact of agricultural insurance on the development of sericulture industry in Guangxi. The results found that agricultural insurance has a significant role in promoting the development of sericulture industry in Guangxi; both in the central and western regions of Guangxi and in the eastern regions, the agricultural insurance has a promotional role in the development of sericulture industry, but the former is significant while the latter is not; and the mechanism test found that agricultural insurance can promote the development of sericulture industry through the progress of agricultural technology. Based on the findings of the study, it is proposed to establish a perfect agricultural insurance protection system, innovate the regional characteristics of sericulture insurance and give full play to the technological advantages brought by the progress of agricultural technology and other policy recommendations.
