Analysis of Security Risks across China-Myanmar Border in Yunnan during “Belt and Road” Construction Mei Ying Journal of Qujing Normal University    2020, 39 (5): 110-114.   Abstract （2600）      PDF（pc） （950KB）（271）       Knowledge map    Save During the “Belt and Road” construction, security risks across the China-Myanmar border in Yunnan are: (1) Territorial Security. Northern Myanmar clash remains unsettled, and the continuous war is adjacent to the border in Yunnan. Seen from past experience, territorial security may be threatened as accidental shooting and bombing across the border; (2) Economic Security. Northern Myanmar is the only place where several countries have to pass by and may intervene in some of the key construction projects of the “Belt and Road”. As a result, the project implementation may be delayed, subject to great uncertainties and heavy losses, and thus the potential economic security risks are prominent; (3) Population Security. Drug addicts, traffickers asylum-seekers, and the “three-illegal” migrants (migration, residence and employment) all look for any chance to enter Yunnan across the border. The sustainable development of the population in Yunnan is threatened since it is difficult to control the number, structure, quality and distribution of the migrants; and (4) Education Security. In the cross-border area, education subjects keep migrating, and local education system is incomplete. The educational function and effect fail to reach the anticipated target and tend to be exploited by others. Consequently, hidden risks in education security are very palpable. The population not only reveals the "family background" of China's population, including the number, quality, structure and distribution of the national population, but also provides an important basis for China's 14th Five-year Plan for social and economic development. According to the data of the seventh census, several new changes have taken place in China's population in the past ten years: the population continues to grow, but the growth rate slows down gradually; population education culture and quality have steadily improved; the average number of years of education has been significantly improved; the gender structure of the population has gradually returned to equilibrium; the age structure of the population has been deeply aging; the proportion of the labor force has begun to decline; and the population structure has shown a deep U-shaped change of "two rises and one decline" The migration and movement of population has become more active, and the development of population urbanization has entered the fast lane. Therefore, some thoughts from the aspects of population fertility policy and its supporting adjustment, population mobility pattern and resource allocation, economic structure adjustment and labor employment are put forward in the paper. A Weighted K-means Clustering Algorithm and Its Application SHEN Xiujuan, XUE Shuo Journal of Qujing Normal University    2022, 41 (3): 1-7.   Abstract （1082）      PDF（pc） （2078KB）（289）       Knowledge map    Save K-means clustering method is one of the classic and widely-used clustering analysis methods because of its fast execution efficiency and simple algorithm.However, the traditional K-means clustering algorithm does not consider the importance of each index while the importance of each index is different and it should be treated differently. This paper improves the traditional K-means clustering method and proposes a weighted K-means clustering algorithm in order to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm, we take iris as the experimental data, and set up three experiments for comparative analysis. The experimental results show that the weighted K-means clustering algorithm converges faster, the classification result is closer to the original classification, and the effect is better. In order to further illustrate the practicability of weighted K-means clustering algorithm, this paper takes some indexes of 103 colleges and universities as experimental data, and uses the algorithm for clustering analysis. The results found that the four aspects of teacher professional development, resource allocation, professional identity, and distinctive curriculum together influenced the development of rural preschool education. On this basis, we proposed a clear "four-in-one" operation mechanism, a "five-support" guarantee system, a "three-stage, five-level" pre-vocational training system, and a "three-stage, five-level" post-vocational training system for the development of rural preschool education. The four education improvement strategies are: clarifying the "four-in-one" operation mechanism, creating a "five support" guarantee system, building a "three-stage and five-level" pre-vocational and post-vocational integrated training system, and building a "three-in-one" home-building system. There are four commonly used formulas for calculating the investment multiplier: the ratio of GDP increment to investment increment, the multiplier of two-sector economy, the multiplier of three-sector economy, and the multiplier of four-sector economy. Two methods, marginal analysis and regression analysis, are commonly used to calculate the investment multiplier. These multipliers are mature and reliable in theory, but the calculation results are quite different, which brings difficulties and confusion to the practical application. Which investment multiplier formula is more accurate and more consistent in reality? An empirical study is carried out by means of marginal analysis and regression analysis based on the forty-year data from 1980 to 2019. The spectrum was composed of blue light band in the 400-460nm range and excitation band in the 460-610 range. The intensity of the blue band was strong, and the excitation light band was low. Due to the differences in material and technology of different types of mobile phone flash lamp LED, the spectra were slightly different. In the range of blue light band, the band at 440nm was the serious harm to the human eye, No. 1-4 mobile phone could not avoid the blue light strongest peak at central wavelength of 440nm. The green band near at 556nm was the most obvious of NO. 3 mobile phone. The relative intensity was defined as the ratio of the intensity of the central wavelength of the blue light and the intensity of the center wavelength of the excited light. The relative intensity of NO.5 mobile phone was stronger than other mobile phone. The intensity of the blue band was an important parameter, when satisfying the white light vision, we should minimize the intensity of blue light and reduce the injure of blue light. We have tried to find out which edition of the four English versions is the best one with the statistical data, which provides readers with a more objective perspective and makes up for the defects of subjectivity and arbitrariness of the previous contrastive discourse analysis on the different translation versions, in which the analysts just pick out a few sentences from different English translation versions casually and randomly to analyze and then draw a conclusion that which one is the best. Investigation of College Students’ Academic Pressure under the Background of Epidemic Prevention and Control Chen Xuefei Journal of Qujing Normal University    2021, 40 (1): 30-35.   Abstract （505）      PDF（pc） （1635KB）（322）       Knowledge map    Save A survey of college students’ academic pressure under the background of epidemic prevention and control was conducted using the college students’ academic stress questionnaire compiled by Tian Lan and Deng Qi. The results show that under the background of epidemic prevention and control, college students’ academic pressure is generally greater. The top three pressures are the pressure of learning prospects, the pressure of parents’ expectations, and the pressure of learning effectiveness; in the two dimensions of the pressure of learning prospects and the pressure of parents’ expectations, female students are more stressed than male ones, and liberal arts students are more stressed than science students; freshman students have the greatest pressure on their academic performance, freshmen and sophomores have greater pressure on their schoolwork, and junior students’ pressure on learning conditions is larger; college students with different family economic conditions have significant differences in their academic pressure. College students with poorer economic conditions feel the most academic pressure, followed by students with average family economic conditions, and college students with wealthier economic conditions have the least academic pressure; college students with low academic performance feel more pressure on schoolwork than those with higher academic performance. In the middle and later period of the Qing Dynasty, a group of influential poets emerged in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan, known as the five talents of Wuhua, which took the academy as the medium and had frequent contacts. Later, it was well-known for its poetry anthology. Dai Jiongsun, one of the most outstanding poets, is a non-regional poet and deserves attention. His friends are not limited to Yunnan, and his poems and essays can be further studied. When the research has not been carried out in depth, the first-hand literature provides us with direct clues to construct the writer's picture, and rectifying those source can reduce more mis-representation. Promoting college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas is to guide the inflow of human resources and help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. However,college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas is embedded in the complex dynamic reality. This paper investigates two thousand nine hundred and eighty-five college students from 9 universities in Anhui Province were investigated by stratified random sample to find that although motivation, health care, family factors and value orientation all significantly affect the formation of employment intention, they have different degrees of influence on students with different employment intention. Policy cognition and policy support have a positive regulatory effect on the above factors. Therefore,we should implement differentiated and targeted incentive strategies, increase policy publicity and incentives, strengthen value guidance and material guarantee to promote college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas for students with different employment intentions. Heat Diffusion and Conduction in a One-dimensional Nonlinear Lattice Model Ren Mengfei, Fu Weicheng, Zhao Hong JOURNAL OF QUJING NORMAL UNIVERSITY    2017, 36 (3): 11-15.   Abstract （417）      PDF（pc） （1514KB）（323）       Knowledge map    Save This paper studies the properties of relaxation and diffusion of energy, heat, momentum, and mass density fluctuations in a one-dimensional Toda-like lattice model at finite temperature, and discusses their relationship to the thermal conductance of the system. It is found that the interatomic potential function of this kind of lattice shows the Toda potential at low temperature, and that consequently the class of lattice appears the behavior of the integrable Toda lattice, such as diffusion tending to ballistic and heat conduction not satisfying the Fourier law, which lead to abnormal diffusion and heat conduction. The asymmetry of the potential function and the nonintegrability are rapidly enhanced with the temperature increased, thus the fluctuation of heat and energy density exhibit normal diffusion characteristics in a large temperature range. This result shows that the asymmetric interaction can lead to normal diffusion behavior in a one-dimensional momentum-conserving lattice, and the finding provides a micro-mechanism support to the phenomena that this class of system presents normal heat conduction. Synthesis and Lithium Storage Properties of Zn 3V 3O 8/Porous Graphene CHEN Junjie Journal of Qujing Normal University    2021, 40 (3): 29-36.   Abstract （409）      PDF（pc） （7361KB）（121）       Knowledge map    Save A simple template method was used to fabricate porous graphene framework (pG), and a pomegranate-like zinc vanadate (Zn 3V 3O 8) nanospheres were coated in the porous graphene nanosheets to form the unique structure of zinc vanadate/porous graphene (Zn 3V 3O 8/pG) nanocomposites. As an anode material for lithium ion batteries (LIBs), the Zn 3V 3O 8/pG show good lithium storage performance and deliver a reversible capacity of 586 mAh g -1 at 1000 mA g -1 after 200 cycles. The superior electrochemical performance of Zn 3V 3O 8/pG nanocomposites can be attributed to the unique porous network carbon structure, which provides buffer space for the volume change of Zn 3V 3O 8 nanospheres during charge and discharge cycles, and the synergistic effects between pomegranate-like Zn 3V 3O 8 nanospheres and porous graphene network.
