Study of Factors and Countermeasures of the Poverty-Released's Returning Poverty in Huize during the COVID-19 Epedimic

Abstract: As one of the 27 deeply impoverished counties in Yunnan, Huize not only has the difficult task of poverty eradication, but also has the risk of returning to poverty. During the COVID-19 epidemic, the risk of the poverty-removing population's returning to poverty in Huize is aggravated by the factors of unemployment, agricultural products stagnation and expenditure increase, which requires to strengthen skills training and actively carry out employment services; strengthen the construction of leading industries and cultivate “one-village-one-product” special agriculture; and continue to adopt the development and subsidy policy of “combining rewards and subsidies and bottom protection”.
