Practice and Reflection of Youth Health and AIDS Prevention Education Model at Universities from the Perspective of Empowerment —— A Case Study of Q University

Abstract: A “four-in-one” youth health education model was formed based on a case study of the project of youth health and innovation of HIV prevention education at Q university from the perspective of empowerment theory and social work, which targets at the ability defects at individual, school, and community level to explore a triple practice path of youth health education at universities. The “four-in-one” model promoted an organic integration of school education, student peer education, professional social work education, social practice education, and youth health education. The effect of the model and its existing problems were refelected on as well.
