As far as the number of adherents in the early Qing dynasty is concerned, Southwest China and Lingnan are the two regions which have the second largest number and concentration of survivors, except for Jiangnan. Compared with other regions, southwestern and southern Lingnan have a stronger tendency for the relics to flee from Buddhism. The group that fled from Buddhism in Yunnan and Guizhou area is a large and complex social stratum. In Yunnan alone, there were as many as fifty people who became monks, among whom the famous ones are Pu He, Qian Bangyi, Chen Qixiang, Gao Taizhai, Wen Zuyao, Yang Yongyan, Lei Yuelong, Hu Yiqing, Zeng Gaojie, Deng Kai, Liu Congjie, and Li Zhanchun. Fleeing to Buddhism has had an important influence on the life, psychological state, ideology and literary creation of the survivors' groups. The background of the phenomenon of fleeing to Buddhism and the composition of the group of fleeing to Buddhism are discused in the paper

The study of local culture is inseparable from a careful examination of individual families. The Yu family in Qujing in the Qing Dynasty was a family with two jinshi (a successful candidate in the highest imperial examinations) from one family, whose father and four nephews were all county magistrates, who lived in a declining world of Taoism, adhering to the family culture of cloth, and worked hard and honestly for the benefit of the countryside. The literary creation of Yu brothers shows that they were concerned about the country and the times, and they were highly concerned about the fate of the country and the times. Yu also paid attention to the collection and preservation of the literature of the countryside, and used the collection of literature to praise and criticize the world style, which made important contributions to the local cultural cause. It is important to study Yu's family to enhance the self-confidence of local culture.

The prosperity of Yunnan's poetry and prose in Qing Dynasty is a field to be explored in the academic circle, and the research needs to carry out the original textual research on the family background, life, name and other basic issues of the case writer. In the middle and later period of the Qing Dynasty, a group of influential poets emerged in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan, known as the five talents of Wuhua, which took the academy as the medium and had frequent contacts. Later, it was well-known for its poetry anthology. Dai Jiongsun, one of the most outstanding poets, is a non-regional poet and deserves attention. His friends are not limited to Yunnan, and his poems and essays can be further studied. When the research has not been carried out in depth, the first-hand literature provides us with direct clues to construct the writer's picture, and rectifying those source can reduce more mis-representation.

The prosperity of Yunnan poetry in the Qing Dynasty was no worse than that of other places, but from the existing literature, there is still lack of the systematic review, and some authors and works of research value have not yet attracted the attention of researchers. Song Jiajun's book Falling Xuan Poems in the early Qing Dynasty has not yet been organized and published due to ignorance. Some sort of compilation of Song Jiajun's life, and the ideological content, artistic features and poetic ideas embodied in his poetry are made based on the review of his works Falling Xuan Poems, and Lianhu Song Draft, from which the author's concern for current affairs, for the country's fortunes, and his pursuit of Buddhist meditation are highlighted. The simple and natural style of the poem and the art of using poetry to preserve history truly depict the historical landscape of Yunnan at that time, and with the sense of regional cultural identity, it highlights the consciousness of regional culture.

After three stages of development (high-level entry, gradual development, and in-depth advancement), the current status of teacher thinking research in China is as follows: (1) research results are in various forms, but overall there are not many in number; (2) topics are comprehensively distributed, but insufficient in systematic and in-depth theoretical research; (3) interdisciplinary perspective is adopted, but the integration of disciplines is insufficient; and (4) diversified approaches are adopted, but the empirical research is obviously insufficient. The strategic upgrading stage of teacher thinking research can be promoted in the new era by setting the research orientation, strengthening theoretical construction, and promoting empirical research.

During the “Belt and Road” construction, security risks across the China-Myanmar border in Yunnan are: (1) Territorial Security. Northern Myanmar clash remains unsettled, and the continuous war is adjacent to the border in Yunnan. Seen from past experience, territorial security may be threatened as accidental shooting and bombing across the border; (2) Economic Security. Northern Myanmar is the only place where several countries have to pass by and may intervene in some of the key construction projects of the “Belt and Road”. As a result, the project implementation may be delayed, subject to great uncertainties and heavy losses, and thus the potential economic security risks are prominent; (3) Population Security. Drug addicts, traffickers asylum-seekers, and the “three-illegal” migrants (migration, residence and employment) all look for any chance to enter Yunnan across the border. The sustainable development of the population in Yunnan is threatened since it is difficult to control the number, structure, quality and distribution of the migrants; and (4) Education Security. In the cross-border area, education subjects keep migrating, and local education system is incomplete. The educational function and effect fail to reach the anticipated target and tend to be exploited by others. Consequently, hidden risks in education security are very palpable.

The activities of INGOs in Yunnan mainly focus on the field of education, and most of them are completed through project operation. After years of practice, three mature project operation modes have gradually formed: independent operation mode, entrusted completion mode, and cooperation and progress mode. In the management of educational development projects, INGOs are faced with two major tasks: internal management and external supervision. The internal management of an organization is the self-management of an international non-governmental organization, which mainly includes organization management, personnel management, and fund management. The external supervision is the supervision of the relevant government departments for the international non-governmental organizations. Yunnan has experienced four stages, i.e., laissez-faire management, extreme control, cooperative exploration, and standardized management.
