Drug abuse represents a critical social issue that poses significant threats to public health and safety. As a highly favored model protein, bovine serum albumin (BSA) is frequently utilized to investigate the binding characteristics of drugs with proteins. Such investigations provide valuable insights into the transportation, distribution, and metabolism of drugs within biological systems. This study evaluated the binding properties of 5'-triphosphate disodium salt (Na2ATP) and metal ions on loxoprofen sodium (LOXNa) with BSA by applying different spectroscopic and computational techniques. The multi-spectroscopic and molecular docking approaches reveal that novel Na2ATP and LOXNa also interact in subdomain IIIA of of Sudlow site II by forming ground state complexes following a static quenching mechanism. The binding constant is approximately 103 M-1, and during the binding process, these two drugs exhibit positive synergistic drug effects. The complexation is spontaneous (ΔG ~ -29 kJ/mol), and enthalpy-driven (ΔH~ 82.16 kJ/mol and ΔS~ 365J/mol), and is primarily mediated by hydrogen bonding and van der Waal forces. Furthermore, the research revealed that the interaction between Na2ATP-LOXNa and BSA could potentially alter the drug's transportation and release behavior within the body, ultimately influencing its bioavailability and therapeutic outcomes. Additionally, the existence of metal ions could have an impact on the stability and activity of the drug, offering crucial theoretical insights for enhancing our understanding of the interaction mechanisms between drugs and biological molecules, as well as for optimizing drug design strategies.

The adaptation characteristics and survival strategies of plants to the environment on the correlation of quantitative biomass in the extreme environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is firstly explored to fill the gap in the study of the correlation of plant quantitative characteristics and growth. Meanwhile, the theoretical basis and decision-making reference for biodiversity conservation in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is provided. The correlation among plant height, leaf number and flower number of Stellera chamaejasme was studied by means of field investigation and statistical analysis. The results showed that plant height had a significant positive effect on the leaf and flower number, and the degree of influence was moderate, and so did the leaf number on the flower number. Plant height is related to flower number through the intermediary effect of leaf number. The plant height, leaf number and flower number of Stellera chamaejasme are closely related as the adaptation feature and survival strategy of Stellera chamaejasme under extreme environment of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Based on the above, some suggestions for biodiversity conservation in Qinghai- Tibet Plateau are made.

Multi-channel structured nanocomposite membrane materials with different mass fractions of silica is prepared by using polymer PVDF as the main raw material. The performance of the prepared material in oil-water separation of aquaculture wastewater is evaluated through SEM morphology, oil retention, oil droplet contact angle, and roughness testing. The results showed that an increase in the mass fraction of silica first improved the SEM morphology and compatibility of the nanofiber membrane, but exceeding 28% would lead to membrane drying and cracking; the nano film S05 containing 28% silica performed the best in oil-water separation, with the highest oil retention rate of 98%; its high oil retention rate is attributed to its hydrophilicity, oleophobicity, and optimized pore structure; and as the mass fraction of silica increases, the contact angle of oil droplets first increases and then decreases. When the mass fraction of silica in the membrane material is within the range of 12% to 20%, the contact angle of oil droplets gradually increases. However, as the mass fraction of silica in the membrane material further increases to 24% to 28%, the contact angle of oil droplets shows a decreasing trend, indicating that an appropriate amount of silica improves the oil-water separation performance. The surface roughness of nanofiber membranes increases with the increase of silica mass fraction, and moderate roughness is beneficial for improving oil-water separation performance.

This paper describes five species of arthropods and one species of hyoliths: Malungia laevigata, Wutingaspis malungensis, Naraoia longicaudata, Kunmingella sp., Branchiocaris? Yunnanensis, and Triplicatella opimus, collected from the lower part of the Yuanshan member of the Heilinpu Formation (Lower Cambrian) of the new outcrop of Malong, Qujing. All specimens are preserved without soft-part. The specimens of Malungia laevigata are in the highest number, with nearly complete dorsal exoskeletons, having different individual size in holaspid period, while in Wutingaspis malungensis, only cephalic shields are preserved. Compared with the specimens from the middle part of the Yuanshan member, the Heilinpu Formation of Kuangshan section, Malong, the geological age of the new fossiliferous locality is a bit older than Kuangshan section, indicating the first occurrence of Wutingaspis malungensis is earlier than previously speculated. The different diversity of species between the new fossiliferous locality and Kuangshan section provides new information for the study of spatial variation in species diversity and biotic composition of the Chengjiang Biota in southern Yunnan.

In this paper, Sinacanthus spines from the Silurian (Llandovian) Rongxi Formation of Xiushan County, Chongqing are investigated through morphological analysis and histological section research to find that Sinacanthus was widely distributed in the Rongxi Formation, including Sinacanthus wuchangensis, Sinacanthus sp., Tarimacanthhus bachuensis, Neosinacanthus planispinatus, Neosinacanthus sp.1, Hunanacanthus lixianensis , and so on. This is the first report of four species of Sinacanthus in Chongqing, proving that many gnathostomes lived here as early as 440 million years ago in the early Silurian period. A large number of spiny fossils of Sinacanthus from the Rongxi Formation had better histological structure than the existing materials, which further revealed the mystery of Sinacanthus and proved that Sinacanthus is not stem chondrichthyan. The research revealed the morphological and histological characteristics of the earliest chondrichthyan in the world.

In response to the problems of false positives and false negatives in the current illegal building image recognition and image change detection, this paper proposes a method for detecting illegal building using UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) images, innovatively using the YCrCb color space to perform differential operations and thresholding on the three components separately, and combining image classification algorithms to exclude image changes caused by non-construction activities. Finally, by using structural similarity detection to evaluate the similarity of image change regions in new and old-time phases, the method identifies the image change regions caused by illegal building. Compared with the current mainstream non-single type violation building detection methods based on drone images, the detection time of 4032×3024 resolution image is reduced by 40.9% to 4.08 seconds, and the accuracy is improved by 15.3% to reach 86.3%, with no missed detections. The results show that this method can effectively and quickly identify areas where illegal building is underway, which is beneficial for city managers to discover and handle these illegal activities in a timely manner, thus improving the efficiency and response speed of urban management.

Aiming at the problems of traditional particle swarm optimization algorithms easily converging to local optima and low search efficiency, an improved algorithm is proposed and applied to the path planning problem of Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV). Firstly, non-linear decreasing inertia weights are introduced to adjust the influence of particles themselves on optimization at different stages. Then, adaptive improvements are made to the two learning factors to enhance the algorithm's local and global search capabilities. Finally, a fitness function considering path length and smoothness is proposed, and local optimal regions are eliminated by interfering with particle velocity to improve the quality of the search path. Multiple experiments were conducted in four environments with different map sizes and obstacle complexity. Simulation results showed that the improved algorithm reduced the average search path by 7.9% and the average iteration times by 20.2% compared to the original algorithm, demonstrating superior path planning capabilities.

A comprehensive investigation into the spatial misalignment between tourism resources and the tourism economy within Dali Prefecture is carried out in the study, concentrating on its 12 constituent counties and cities. Drawing on data pertaining to tourism resource abundance and total tourism revenue from 2015 to 2022, the analysis employs the gravity model, spatial mismatch index, and a two-dimensional matrix approach. The findings disclose a pronounced and escalating spatial disparity between the loci of tourism economic activity and the distribution of tourism resources in Dali Prefecture. On the macro scale, the spatial mismatch index exhibits a fluctuating upward trajectory, surpassing the 0.5 threshold. At the micro level, only Dali City and Eryuan County persistently occupy the high-mismatch zone, while the majority of other areas are situated within the medium to low mismatch zones. The two-dimensional matrix analysis reveals that over half of the counties and cities in Dali Prefecture are positioned within the synchronization zone, whereas the remaining areas predominantly fall within the negative mismatch zone. Notably, in the anomalous year of 2022, Jianchuan, Eryuan, and Weishan counties were classified within the positive mismatch zone. In light of these spatial mismatch patterns, the study advances targeted strategies aimed at fostering the harmonious development of tourism resources and the tourism economy throughout the region.

The border area is an important window of China's opening up strategy. Yunnan, as the only province in China bordering the three Southeast Asian countries, has a border of 4,060 km. Whether the two industries of port construction and border tourism are coupled and coordinated is of great importance to the economic and social development of the border area. Therefore, taking eight border states (cities) in Yunnan province as the research object, this paper uses coupling analysis, vector autoregression, spatial autocorrelation and grey correlation degree models to deeply explore the spatio-temporal coupling relationship between port construction and border tourism in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2023 and its main influencing factors. The study found that the comprehensive development level of port construction and border tourism in Yunnan Province was generally on the rise during the sample period, and the coupling degree, coordination degree and synchronization of the two were improved. However, the level of coupling coordination among the border states (cities) is different, with the higher level in Dehong, Honghe and Xishuangbanna, and the lower level in Nujiang. At the same time, the factors affecting the coordination degree of the two are port facility construction, border tourism market and port outbound tourism scale from high to low. Based on this, it is proposed that we should adapt to local conditions, strengthen port infrastructure construction, improve port clearance efficiency and convenience, make full use of the characteristics of border areas, create unique and diverse border tourism products, and promote the economic integration of border areas.
