The Value Implications of Rural Teachers' Reading Ability Enhancement in the Context of Rural Revitalization

Abstract: Education and teachers must be put first to revitalize the countryside. While teaching and educating, rural teachers also need to learn continuously and recharge their batteries. Reading is an important way for rural teachers to maintain and strengthen their professional ability. Enhancing the reading ability of rural teachers, in terms of policy, is the meaning of promoting rural revitalization; in terms of theory, it is the inherent demand of consolidating the construction of the teaching force; in terms of reality, it is the due course of cracking the actual predicament of reading of current rural teachers.
