Abstract: The issues concerning community integration, re-socialization and social identity of the retired are related to the high-quality development trend of the aging society. The social work practice and mechanism construction of “preschool platform” is an important way for the retired to effectively integrate into the community. Children are the hope, the future, and the spiritual sustenance of the retired. The practice of setting young children as the center, using children's summer camp, the entertainment culture space, physical training base and kindergarten platform as the media, employing auxiliary measures for social work practice, and building platform mechanism as the path will certainly promote retired people into the community, socialization, reveal the social value of retired people, and promote social harmony.
