According to the Langevin Green's function theory, the key to calculating heat flux in a harmonic lattices is to calculate the phonon transmission coefficient. Traditionally, people use the method based on decomposing the determinant of the tridiagonal matrix to transform the process of solving the transmission coefficient into solving the product of the transfer matrix to reduce the time complexity, which is called the transfer matrix method. However, the parallel effect of the transfer matrix method is poor and this method cannot be used for systems with long-range interactions. An efficient algorithm based on solving linear equations to calculate the phonon transmission coefficient in harmonic lattices is proposed to improve the parallel efficiency of computation and reduce the time complexity of solving the phonon transmission coefficient with arbitrary neighbor coupling to
O(N)
, providing algorithmic assistance for research in related fields.

The photoelectric properties of intrinsic ZnO, Mo-doped ( MoZn ) and Cr-doped ( CrZn ) systems have been calculated using a method based on the first principles of density generalization theory, and the effect of doping on the photoelectric properties of the systems has been discussed theoretically. MoZn and CrZn behave as n-type semiconductors, but Mo doping makes the system bandgap broader and the characteristic spectrum blue-shifted, reducing the absorption ability of visible light; while Cr doping makes the system bandgap narrower and the characteristic spectrum red-shifted, which expands the response range of visible light. In addition, Mo and Cr doping makes the ZnO band edges move towards the low-energy end, which makes the electron jump easy to realize and effectively reduces the composite probability of photogenerated electron-hole pairs. It can be seen that Cr doping has a positive effect on the improvement of ZnO.

Rice straw biochar (RS) was prepared by thermal cracking of crushed rice straw (RY) 400℃ for 30min under oxygen restriction in order to find a rich, inexpensive and cost-effective biochar to control Pb/Cd pollution in water. The RS characteristics and the absorption behavior of RS to Pb
2 +
/Cd
2 +
in solution were investigated. The results showed that RS was full of abundant functional groups and obvious pore structures on its surface. The best condition for RS absorption of Pb
2+
was as follows: the temperature was 25℃; pH was between 6.0 and 8.0; and solid-liquid ratio was 1.0g·L
-1
. Meanwhile, the optimum condition for biochar absorption of Cd
2+
was as follows: the temperature was at 25℃; pH was near 7.0; and solid-liquid ratio was 10.0g·L
-1
. The analysis of absorption kinetics showed that the adsorption rate of Pb
2+
and Cd
2+
by RS was much higher than that of Pb
2+
and Cd
2+
by RY. The absorption rate of Pb
2+
by RS reached a basic equilibrium at 35min, and the absorption rate of Cd
2+
by RS reached an equilibrium at 40min, which indicated that the isothermal absorption of Pb
2+
by RS is more consistent with Freundlich isothermal absorption model being mainly multi-layer adsorption. The isothermal absorption process of Cd
2+
in solution by biochar is more consistent with Langmuir isothermal adsorption model, which is mainly monolayer absorption. The study shows that it is feasible to to prepare biochar from cheap and abundant rice straw materials at low temperature to control Pb/Cd pollution in water, which could provide an economical and effective method for heavy metal environmental pollution control.

Tagetes
is an annual herbaceous plant with important medicinal and economic value. Studying its chloroplast genome can provide a basis for the identification and interspecific genetic analysis of marigold species. Seven chloroplast genome sequences of
Tagetes
species were downloaded from the NCBI database, and were used to analyze their characteristics, codon preference, and phylogenetic relationships, by using bioinformatics software. The results showed that the chloroplast genome of
Tagetes
species exhibited typical quadripartite circular structure, ranging from 151 893 to 153 689 bp, and encoding 130 genes. The chloroplast genome was mainly composed of forward and palindrome repeats. An average of 61 SSRs was detected mostly consisting of A/T base repeats. The chloroplast genome structure was conserved. Twenty-nine high-frequency codons were detected, of which 12 ended with A and 16 ended with T, which implied a preference for codons ending with A/T. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the species of the
Tagetes
genus formed a monophyletic group, and the relationship between
T. erecta
and
T. minuta
was relatively closed. A relatively ancient species,
Tagetes lemmonii
was located at the base of the branch.

Amorphophallus konjac, a prominent cultivar of konjac in China, holds significant economic value. The key enzyme, Ribulose-1,5-diphosphate carboxylase (Rubisco), plays a pivotal role in carbon assimilation during the dark reactions of photosynthesis in green plants. Activation of Rubisco by Rubisco activase (RCA) is essential for maintaining high catalytic activity, thus contributing significantly to plant photosynthesis. In this study, bioinformatics methods were employed to comprehensively identify the
RCA
family genes of
A. konjac
at the whole-genome level. Additionally, a preliminary analysis was conducted, encompassing physicochemical properties, gene structural characteristics, protein conservation, subcellular localization, and phylogenetic evolution. The findings revealed that the gene family comprises four members with an isoelectric point (PI) ranging from 5.38 to 8.72 and an overall negative hydrophilicity value. Gene structure analysis demonstrated that these family members contain 5-12 exons. Subcellular localization predictions indicated that all four members are situated in chloroplasts. Chromosomal localization analysis identified distribution on 2 out of 26 chromosomes in A. konjac, with
AkRCA1
and
AkRCA2
located on the same chromosome. The analysis of cis-acting elements in the promoter region suggested the presence of elements associated with light response, methyl jasmonate reaction, drought induction, hypoxia-specific induction, and stress-related effects. Furthermore, protein multiple sequence alignment revealed conserved regions of the AAA+ family and two ATP binding domains in all members of the gene family, indicating a high level of conservation. This study establishes a foundational understanding for future research on RCA function and konjac germplasm improvement.

had the highest values in the Shannon index, observed, and expected heterozygosity, attributed to the high genetic diversity in wild parental species. Additionally, a unique genetic cluster formed with hybrids was identified using SSR markers, and the hybrids were found to be more closely related to

. The maternal species,

Based on the "DeepBone", the evolution process of paleobiodiversity in Qujing was analyzed by using the total biodiversity method with the fossil records and geological time providing important data for the understanding of the paleobiodiversity and its evolution mechanism in Qujing. Meanwhile, the geographical distribution pattern of paleontology in Qujing was analyzed by using geographic information big data technology providing a reference basis for coordinated development of paleontological resource conservation and urban planning. The results showed that the paleontological resources in Qujing are rich and diverse, with a total of 846 species belonging to 484 genera, of which 116 are plants, 526 are invertebrates, and 192 are vertebrates, and they are concentrated in the Silurian, Devonianc, Cambrian, and Triassic geological ages, with obvious transitional evolutionary characteristics. From the geographical distribution pattern in Qujing, the palaeontological resources are relatively concentrated in Qilin District and Zhanyi District and others with a high level of economic development, and has an obvious mosaics and multiplicity and breadth of points, which poses a great challenge for the conservation of paleontological resources in this region.

A change detection method combining Nonsubsampled Contourlet Transform (NSCT), saliency detection, and difference map fusion was proposed to solve the problem of unstable accuracy in SAR (Synthetic Aperture Radar) image change detection in traditional methods. Firstly, SAR images were pre-treated by Frost filters and two types of difference maps for preprocessed images with mean ratio and domain logarithmic ratio being constructed. Secondly, the two types of difference maps were decomposed into low-frequency images and high-frequency sub band images through NSCT transformation, and SR algorithm was used to extract salient information of high-frequency sub bands. Then the adaptive fuzzy logic algorithm and the maximum modulus algorithm were used for image fusion to obtain the NSCT inverse transform image. Finally, the SAR change detection result map and evaluation data were obtained through the k-means clustering algorithm. The experimental results show that the proposed method, compared with traditional methods, has higher stability in SAR image change detection, with an accuracy ranging from 0.65 to 0.8, verifying the effectiveness of the method.

A single wood feature parameter extraction and detection method based on 3D point cloud modeling was proposed to improve the convenience and accuracy of non-contact measurement of single wood breast diameter using 3D point cloud. Firstly, the IMAGER 5010 terrestrial 3D laser scanner was used to obtain single tree multi-directional point cloud data, and the nearest point search method was used to achieve multi-directional point cloud registration. Secondly, an improved bilateral filtering algorithm was used to eliminate small-scale point cloud noise, and then point cloud data was simplified using the envelope grid method by combining statistical filtering and geometric filtering to remove large-scale point cloud noise. Then, the scattered point clouds at the height of a single tree chest using ant colony algorithm were optimized and sorted. Finally, cubic B-spline contour fitting and single tree diameter calculation were performed on the sorted point cloud at the chest height. The experimental results showed that the method proposed in this paper can effectively achieve multi-directional point cloud registration and filter out point cloud noise of different scales. The ant colony algorithm can approach the global optimal solution well and has high convergence efficiency. After optimizing the sorting of scattered point clouds at the chest height using the ant colony algorithm, the measurement accuracy and stability of single wood breast diameter are improved significantly. The relative measurement error is within 1.5% of the technical specifications, and the long-distance non-contact rapid and accurate measurement of single wood breast diameter can be achieved.

In the era of live streaming for all, everything can be broadcasted. This paper elucidates the design process of a real-time streaming media system employing Raspberry Pi 4B as its central controller, running on a Linux operating system. It comprises video capture terminal, streaming media server, and client end. The video capture terminal acquires camera video data in real time, encapsulates the video stream using FFmpeg protocol, and pushes it to the cloud streaming media server. The server operates SRS streaming media server that providing services such as video storage, push services, and software updates. The client supports functionalities such as video stream retrieval, live broadcasting, and segmented playback. The system adopts QT to design the human-computer interaction interface with touch screen. It also enhances remote software updates capability. This cost-effective system offers convenient deployment with minimal latency, achieving an overall test system delay of less than 200 ms.

A stereo garage model based on the Internet of Things and programmable logic controllers is designed to solve the parking problems in old urban communities by making full use of the upper space of the parking space to provide more parking spaces. The model uses Siemens 1200 programmable controller (PLC) as the field controller, uses a variety of sensors to collect and detect garage vehicle and parking space information, and integrates Internet of Things technology to upload the information to the cloud server. The model uses a touch screen to design the configuration screen to monitor the system operating status in real time, feedback user needs to the PLC, and controls the movement of the mechanical device to automatically stored or retrieved cars. At the same time, users can use the mobile APP to remotely access the cloud server anytime and anywhere to make reservations. The model can simulate the lifting and lateral movement of automatically stored or retrieved cars in reality, achieve the expected results, and provide some reference for solutions to parking difficulties in old communities.

The traditional Wushu exercise is the crystallization of the practical experience of Wushu training blending the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the essence of Chinese traditional culture. The traditional wushu has a profound understanding of human life and health rules and can serve the health of young students and the campus inheritance and innovation of Chinese outstanding traditional culture.Traditional Wushu skill movement education narrative is a kind of education and teaching method that can better meet students' needs of traditional wushu skill and law practice. Its educational narrative strategy is worth further exploration. Combining with the characteristics of traditional wushu skill and law education narrative, the strategy can be explained from material collection, perspective expansion, and value embodiment. In terms of material collection, we should fully explore the narrative resources of traditional skills education, focus on the system of Wushu based on the spiritual cultural foundation, and attach importance to embodied narrative experience. In terms of perspective expansion, we should connect the narration of traditional wushu skills education with multidisciplinary theories, absorbing health education theory, sports training theory, and sports nutrition theory. In terms of value embodiment, traditional wushu education narrative can be used in school quality education to guide students' physical training, promote students' physical health, and serve school moral education practice.

The level of digitalization and high-quality education development in the western region from 2011-2021 was measured by constructing an indicator system for the level of digitalization and high-quality education development using the weighted RSR method to establish a fixed effect model to empirically explore the relationship between digitalization and high-quality education development. The conclusions were that, (1) the level of digitalization in the western region has increased rapidly, and the digital comprehensive index has increased from 0.13 to 0.67 from 2013 to 2021. The average annual growth rate is 32.85%, but there was a significant regional gap, showing a trend of outward radiation from the central areas of the Western Triangle such as Chengdu Chongqing Shaanxi; (2) the comprehensive index of high-quality education in the western region has significantly increased, but the problem of regional education imbalance has become prominent; and (3) the level of digitalization has a significant positive impact on the high-quality development of education. The results are robust after conducting 2SLS and GMM estimates. Meanwhile, some suggestions are proposed to promote the deep integration of digitalization and education, bridge the gap in regional education development, and promote the high-quality development of education throughout the region.
