Abstract: The industrial revitalization in southwest ethnic areas is deeply embedded in the national culture. The advantages and difficulties of industrial revitalization in ethnic areas, being conducive to formulating targeted industrial revitalization policies and promoting various industrial revitalization in ethnic areas can only be understood by analyzing the social and cultural mechanism behind the industrial revitalization in ethnic areas. Linking the national culture with the characteristic industries is necessary to make the local characteristic industries bigger and stronger according to local conditions, and help the common prosperity of the people of all ethnic groups in the southwest ethnic areas to realize the industrial revitalization of the southwest ethnic areas.
