quaternary Heusler alloy has been fabricated by means of arc-melting approach. The crystal structure, martensitic transformation feature and thermodynamical properties at different hydrostatic pressure of the studied sample have been investigated by using X-ray powder diffractometer, vibrating sample magnetometer and differential scanning calorimeter equipped with high-pressure nitrogen generator. The experimental results indicate that the martensitic transformation near room temperature of this sample occurs at paramagnetic-like state, and there exists a relatively large volume difference between austenitic and martensitic phases. Due to this, when the hydrostatic pressure of 1 kbar is applied, both the isothermal entropy change (ΔS
T
) and the adiabatic temperature change (ΔT
ad
) of the studied sample achieve-21 J/kg K and 2.5 K respectively, which are superior to those previously reported in many barrocaloric materials, performing a potential application prospect for solid-state refrigeration technique.

So far, the software used for polycrystalline X-ray diffraction (XRD) refinement to obtain the crystallographic parameters of the material includes Fullprof, Jade, Jana, and Gsas, etc. The above software does not have the single-crystal XRD refinement function. Aiming at this gap, this work builds a single crystal XRD refinement platform based on Labview. On this platform, we first click the folder icon to import the text data of single crystal XRD data, and enter the crystal surface indexes corresponding to the diffraction peaks, then click the calculate button, and the program will automatically find the positions of the diffraction peaks through peak searching. Meanwhile, the lattice constants and zero drift of the single crystal can be calculated automatically, using the Bragg equation, interplanar spacing formula and variance formula, and are finally displayed on the front panel. After repeated trials, the program can run stably and has a high computational efficiency and accuracy, as well as the advantages of easy operation and simple interface.

A series of laboratory tests were conducted on the improvement of red clay with lime at different lime contents to obtain the variation rules of physical properties,mechanical properties,and water stability.Combined with the action mechanism of lime to improved red clay,the engineering characteristics of the improved red clay with lime were analyzed.The results showed that lime can significantly improve the physical properties,mechanical properties,and water stability of the red clay.It is recommended that the reasonable lime content should be 3%.The lime content of 3% is a mutation point of the shear strength of red clay.When the lime content is less than 3%,the lime content has a strong effect on the mechanical properties of red clay.When the lime content is more than 3%,even if a large amount of lime is added,the physical and mechanical properties of the red clay cannot be significantly enhanced.Finally,the SEM experiment is used to study the strength growth mechanism of the improved red clay.

Detailed morphological and histological studies of the scales of Gualepis elegans,chondrichthyan,from the Xitun Formation Early Devonian of Qujing were conducted.Various methods and techniques such as high resolution Computed Tomography,Three-dimensional Reconstruction,Scanning Electron microscopy and histology thin sections were used to systematically and comprehensively analyze the scales of the Gualepis elegans.According to the morphological characteristics of the scales,the scales of the Gualepis elegans were divided into six morphotypes that were described and compared in detail.By comparing the morphology and histology of numerous scales in different growth stages,the four growth stages of the Gualepis elegans scales were divided.In this work,the classification and detailed study of the scale morphotypes of the Gualepis elegans and the determination of their growth pattern increase our understanding of Gualepis elegans and provide significant data for the evolution and phylogeny of early chondrichthyans.

Microwave sample preparation instrument was used to extract polysaccharides from bletilla striata.Extraction parameters,time,power and ratio of liquid to material were optimized through response surface methodology.The results showed that the theoretical analysis is accurate and credible.The optimal conditions of extracting polysaccharides from bletilla striata are as follows: ratio of liquid to material 75mL/g,time 15min,and power 100W.Under these conditions,95% polysaccharides can be extracted at the first time.

The metal element contents of K,Ca,Na,Zn,Cu and Mn were determined,total flavonoids were extracted from Cirsium japonicum with ultrasonic method,and the antioxidant activities were researched.The results showed that: (1) the root contains Na,Ca and Mn three metallic elements with 4172.0041mg/kg Ca and 8522.2762mg/kg Na respectively; the aerial part of Cirsium japonicum contains Na,Ca,Mn and Zn four metallic elements with 7390.7273 mg/kg Ca and 9177.5275 mg/kg Na.(2) The contents of total flavonoids from extraction of 50%,75% and 100% ethanol are 6.615mg/g,12.120 mg/g and 3.030mg/g,that of aerial part are 8.190mg/g,14.940mg/g and 10.230mg/g.The total flavonoids in Cirsium japonicum from aerial part had certain antioxidant activity.

The automatic generation of multiple-choice questions, whose subtasks include cutting-edge tasks such as question generation, answer generation, and distractor generation, is a new difficulty in the NLP field. Although previous studies have done on these three subtasks, few studies have tried to unify them. A multiple-choice question automatic generation model was proposed, theoretical analysis was made on the model’s question generation, answer generation, and distractor generation modules, and experiments on automatic question generation and answer generation based on T5 was conducted. The experiments showed that this model can generate multiple-choice questions based on user input text, and the question quality was about 1 point higher than the BLEU against the pure T5 model, and other metrics are also slightly improved. A theoretical analysis was made on the generation of distractor.

Open shortest path first protocol,as a kind of protocol based on link state,has the advantages of routing without loop,fast convergence,and good scalability,is widely used in various parks network construction,and a basic network engineering practice skill for computer students to master.The research and analysis of OSPF protocol on physical experimental equipment is difficult to operate and understand for students,which is not conducive to experimental teaching,however.Firstly,the basic working process of OSPF protocol and its concept of regional partition are analyzed.Then,the network scenario is designed and simulated on eNSP,and two kinds of simulation experiments of OSPF protocol are given in detail.Finally,the experimental analysis shows that this way of experimental teaching under virtual platform can deepen students' understanding of OSPF protocol principles and grasp practical skills,and is an effective experimental teaching reference mode.

A set of sorting and palletizing system based on programmable logic controllers (PLC) and industrial robots was designed to improve the problems of the traditional experimental equipment comprehensive.The system combines many modules such as PLC,industrial robot,touch screen,sensor,transducer,motor,hydraulics,and pneumatics,which can realize the automatic sorting and palletizing of black and white workpieces,as well as aluminum and plastic workpieces.The experimental results show that the system can sort and palletize black aluminum,black plastic,white aluminum and white plastic workpieces with high accuracy,and can use the touch screen to realize the system manipulation and monitoring.This system can be used to design multiple experimental project trainings,improve the conditions for comprehensive teaching of machinery,industrial robots and automation,and provide a reference value for improving students’ practical ability and the innovation of experimental equipment.

The distribution of Yunnan characteristic towns in the whole province is uneven with obvious regional differences.One hundred and five characteristic towns in Yunnan were chosen for spatial analysis by using ArcGIS.Combined with mathematical statistics,the spatial distribution of characteristic towns in Yunnan and the factors affecting their distribution and development were studied.The results are as follows: there is a large gap in the number of characteristic towns among different states in Yunnan with the largest number of characteristic towns in Honghe and in Diqing; the types of characteristic towns are mainly tourism towns supplemented by agricultural towns; the spatial distribution of characteristic towns in Yunnan is agglomerative with sparse density in the north,dense in the middle and south,forming two high density areas in the west of Baoshan,Kunming-Honghe-Yuxi,and a secondary density area with Dali as the core.The spatial distribution of characteristic towns is affected by topography,natural and human resources endowment,traffic network,and policy factors.

The rocky desertification governance model led by the government and participated by the farmers is the main choice for the ecological control of the rocky desertification area in Yunnan,Guangxi and Guizhou.The active participation of the farmers is conducive to improving the policy effect of rocky desertification control.However,the lack of farmers' participation is widespread.Based on the IAD framework,the current rocky desertification governance model is the stage of action with the government and farmers as actors.Farmers' participation behavior is affected by the constraint mechanism and incentive mechanism of government policies,as well as the "push-pull" mechanism of governance opportunity cost.In the action situation,due to the asymmetry of location,action,information,control,payment and potential results,the relationship of interest distribution,form the relationship of benefit distribution,benefit realization and benefit guarantee between the government and farmers,and also lead to the deviation between individual interests of farmers and public interests,which affects the choice of farmers' participation behavior.Building the mechanism of ideological incentive,interest incentive and institutional incentive as the means of interest coordination to encourage farmers to participate in the behavior is to improve the effect of rocky desertification control.

Dai Park is an important tourist destination in Yunnan and it is of great significance for tourism development to analyze the local residents’ perception of tourism impact. In this paper, the local residents’ perception of tourism economy, environment, culture, tourism participation and attitude was studied by using the method of questionnaires and interviews with the Dai Park residents as the research object. The results show that tourism has a significant impact on the economy, environment and culture of the residents of the Dai Nationality Park. The residents of the Dai Nationality Park are more engaged in tourism, and the tourism income accounts for a larger proportion of the family income, but they take a positive attitude towards the development of tourism.

The strategy of "Rural Revitalization" is a fundamental policy to build a moderately prosperous society and a powerful socialist country. Promoting college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas is to guide the inflow of human resources and help the implementation of rural revitalization strategy. However,college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas is embedded in the complex dynamic reality. This paper investigates two thousand nine hundred and eighty-five college students from 9 universities in Anhui Province were investigated by stratified random sample to find that although motivation, health care, family factors and value orientation all significantly affect the formation of employment intention, they have different degrees of influence on students with different employment intention. Policy cognition and policy support have a positive regulatory effect on the above factors. Therefore,we should implement differentiated and targeted incentive strategies, increase policy publicity and incentives, strengthen value guidance and material guarantee to promote college students' employment intention in grass-roots areas for students with different employment intentions.

Steam extraction,sublimation,and distillation are the basic knowledge of organic chemistry experiments that chemistry undergraduate students should have.Based on their principles and the improvement of steam distillation device,the camphor oil can be extracted by U-shaped tube with the dry leaves of Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl as raw material.The essential oil mixed in the camphor oil is adsorbed by filter paper and then recovered by ordinary distillation,correspondingly,and the remaining crude camphor is purified by vacuum sublimation to obtain camphor.Finally,the teaching of comprehensive experiment using natural plants as material is achieved.During the experiment,the extraction and stratification of camphor oil and the formation of camphor crystals can be directly observed.The obvious improvement of the experiment is easily-installed device and moderate time.Moreover,the operation in experiment is safe,interesting,comprehensive and closely connected with life.Through the technical operation and understanding of the comprehensive experiment,students are trained to apply theoretical knowledge to creatively design experiments.Therefore,it is suitable for the undergraduate teaching of organic chemistry experiment.

Through literature, field investigations and other research methods, the research on the phenomenon of the "reverse enculturation" of left-foot dance in the Yi people’s ancient town in Chuxiong, Yunnan aims to explore the cause of the phenomenon and its influence on ethnic minority sports tourism in other related cultures. The main findings are: (1) The phenomenon of the reverse enculturation of left-foot dance in the ancient town of Yi people is caused by cultural forces such as realistic conditions and professional burnout, different ages and physical physique tourists' needs for dance form and intensity, and the spread of modern culture; (2) Urbanization has become a new paradigm for ethnic minority sports integration and modern adaptation in the context of the new urbanization construction; (3)It allows the elderly to get more physical and mental exercise and comfort and makes the problem of maintaining national sports culture and innovation increasingly prominent. The corresponding suggestions are: (1) The role of anti-enhancement in the construction of new urbanization should be further expanded; (2) Learn from the anti-enhancement path to practice healthy aging; and (3) A cultural "maintenance and innovation" coordinated ethnic minority sports tourism development model can be constructed based on the anti-enhancement.

The practical dilemma of mountain marathon sports event risks in China are studied by using literature research method,qualitative analysis method,and expert interview method under the background of Gansu cross- country race emergencies to sort out the relevant problems restricting the risk emergency management of sports events and proposed effective risk prevention and response strategies.The result shows that the rights and interests of stakeholders can be safeguarded and ensured with the smooth progress of mountain marathon sports by enhancing the awareness of risk prevention,building sports emergency system,improving the access mechanism,and further implementing the sports event risk assessment strategy to improve the level of mountain marathon sports risk prevention and emergency management.
