Study of the Training Mode of ICA Talent by Demand-driven Integration of Production and Education:A Case Study of Engineering Cost Major at Qujing Normal University

Abstract: Under the background of accelerating industrial upgrading, the road of transformation and development under the guidance of policy and social demand is actively studied at Qujing Normal University. Focusing on improving students' ability of professional application and practical innovation, we focus on the training of “Innovative, Complex and Applicable (ICA)” talent. A“2+1+1”talent training mode has been formed based on the demand-driven integration of production and education,through the construction of “double platform” training system for ICA talent by improving the “classification plus multi module” curriculum system, through the implementation of ideological and political theories teaching in all course,integration of specialty and innovation and entrepreneurship,and fused by post, course, competition, certificate. After 5 years of practice, good application results in the construction of specialties, courses, the teaching staff and the training of students have obtained.
