Development and Prospect of Beipan River-Hongshui River Water Transportation

Nanpan River and Beipan River are two important water systems in the upper reaches of the Pearl River, both originating from Maxiong Mountain in Wumeng Mountain range, Zhanyi District, Qujing, Yunnan Province. Nanpan River and Beipan River tightly encircles Southwest Guizhou Autonomous Prefecture and merges into the Hongshui River in Shuangjiang town of Ceheng County, forming a rare U-shaped “water bag” of the Panjiang River. Expanding the navigation capacity of the Beipan River-Hongshui River channel is conducive to improving the investment environment along the Yangtze River and ensuring that the three provinces and autonomous regions of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi build a moderately prosperous society with the whole nation simultaneously. Expanding the navigation capacity of the Beipan River-Hongshui River channel is conducive to further improving the comprehensive transportation system along the Yangtze River, better meeting the new requirements for the transportation infrastructure capacity of the three provinces and autonomous regions of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi in achieving economic and social development goals, and improving the contribution rate of the Beipan River-Hongshui River water transport to economic and social development. Expanding the navigation capacity of the Beipan River-Hongshui River channel is conducive to promoting the scale, intensive development of the Beipan River-Hongshui River port and the standardization and large-scale development of transport ships, enhancing the service capacity and development level of the Beipan River-Hongshui River water transport, and giving full play to the support and safeguard role of Beipan River-Hongshui River water transportation in the continuous development of the three provinces and autonomous regions of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi, in strengthening the economic relations with other provinces and districts in the Pearl River Basin.

Relying on resource advantages, constructing a long-term poverty alleviation green industry system is the core of deepening the anti-poverty governance in Nanpan River Basin and realizing the transition from “transfusion-type” poverty alleviation to “hematopoietic” poverty alleviation. There are several advantages in constructing poverty alleviation green industry system in Nanpan River Basin, such as the advantages of transportation conditions and rapid economic development, enrichment of ecotourism resources, unique cultural resources, and accelerated development of modern characteristic agriculture. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of living resources, enlarge the advantages and build a main industrial cluster focusing on new characteristic industries, high-altitude sports and tourism industries, green modern agriculture, trade logistics and characteristic cultural industries. The three “water+” approaches should be taken into consideration to construct a water-featured eco-type, recycling-type, low-carbon green modern industry system. Efforts should be made to achieve a new leap in development concepts, development strategies, development models and development level. It is also crucial to strive to be the pioneering area for scientific development and poverty alleviation green development in the three provinces and regions of Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi. In the path of realizing this, we must pay attention to industrial layout and strengthen comprehensive management; innovate development mechanism to stimulate development vitality; and strengthen infrastructure construction, broaden financing channels, etc.

Religion is a cultural phenomenon and social ideology when human society develops to a certain stage. Its origin, distribution and dissemination are also closely related to the geographical environment. The development path of Buddhism also reflects the characteristics of mutual shaping between geography and environment. On the basis of fieldwork, this paper expounds the interactive relationship between the Buddhist culture and the geographical environment in Luoping area from the perspective of religious geography, and provides a new perspective for the study of religion and regional culture in Luoping County, and puts forward some suggestions on the integration of the tourism resources of Buddhist culture in combination with the needs of economic development.

The narrative poem Ashima literarily displays the deep traditional culture of the Sani people. The poem contains a great number of social folk culture-loaded words. In virtue of corpus research,the paper analyzes the translation methods of the social folk culture in the English translation version of narrative poem Ashima by Gladys Yang. It is found that the translator does her utmost to transfer the unique marriage culture of the Sani people and the literary features of the source text,and also tries to improve the readability of translation by the translation methods of substitution or omission in dealing with some social folk culture-loaded words, which are not necessary to the Western readers' understanding of the target language.

Nowadays in Chinese universities the course of “Ideological and Political Theory” for undergraduates has faced the challenges of exterior environment, the dilemma of the “teacher-centered” teaching model and the special need of undergraduates. From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, there exist many and extensive documents concerning property inheritance among the folk contracts discovered in the Qingshuijiang River Basin,Tianzhu County. Effects of the patriarchal clan can be found in the forms and the contents of these documents. Family-dividing property documents are the major departents of inheritance of property, these reserved and shared property became the substance ties between Individual family and the patriarchal clan. The inheritance right of property was given to male descendants, and female descendants are generally not in the line of succession. The influences the patriarchal clan were showed in the distribution ceremony, distribution plan and the dispute?resolution, which revealed the positive meaning of the patriarchal clan in maintaining the family continuity and social stability.

Qingshui River Basin is located in the southeastern Guizhou and many ethnic groups living along the basin. Since Qing Dynasty, Barbarians of volume 30 of Guizhou's Records(Emperor Kangxi' Era), Huangqing Zhigong Tu (Picture Album of Subordinate Peoples of the Qing Dynasty), Illustrations of Miao Branches and other records have related to these groups. These works that cover the livelihoods and lifestyles, customs and social interactions of these groups, have much value as historical records. What is worthwhile to note that all the above-mentioned works can find evidence in the documents of Qingshui River.This paper trying to make a comprehensive research of the mentioned illustrations, hope to promote the research of Qingshui River.

The Yi people of Shilin still have the custom of evoking souls, and there are different kinds of the Chronicles of Soul scattered in the hands of Bimo. Sani's evocative words have beautiful language, orderly structure and strict sentence structure, and usually use five characters as one sentence, and the ritual contents are complicated and the form is relatively complete. This paper selects 50 articles of Chinese and foreign euphemism research in recent years and sums up five core research perspectives. It is found that the euphemism research in English and Chinese mainly focuses on three aspects: theoretical research, linguistics and intercultural communication, with few researches related to translation and teaching. Most scholars carry out static analysis using summarizing all kinds of euphemisms in English and Chinese as the approach, lacking in specific materials or empirical research and analysis.

This paper discusses the necessity to explore new models for Chinese overseas language projects. Based on the practice of High-quality Chinese language training in China for high school students of Thailand, this paper systematically analyzes the project's teaching model design, project management experience and challenges. The study concludes that the education for international students coming to China in the countries along the “Belt and Road” route has great potential for development. Universities in the western region may develop multi-modal cooperative exploration, expand Chinese language and cultural immersive intensive training programs for middle school students, and promote the promotion of the scale and quality of Chinese international education.

Transferred teachers in kindergartens are teachers who transfer from primary and secondary schools to kindergartens after adjustment of the layout of primary and secondary schools. Its professional development affects the development of the whole team of preschool teachers. This paper takes 102 research papers from 2011 to 2017 as the research object, and makes an in-depth analysis of 102 papers from the publication year, literature sources, research methods and research contents. It is found that there are few high-level studies on transferred preschool teachers in the past seven years. The focus is not high; the research methods are single, and the qualitative research is less; the research content is Lack of systematicity and other issues, and the future research prospects are put forward to provide reference for follow-up research.
