Abstract: Taking the university teachers in kunming as an example, this research discusses and studies the relationship between the work pressure of university teachers and their sources.Comprehensive system of the university teachers' work pressure and the influence of the composition, and on this basis put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the university teachers, by the university teachers self-maintenance, real-time appropriate psychological assistance, improve the working environment and the method of innovation evaluation mechanism is the key work for teachers in colleges and universities to reduce pressure.
