Abstract: Xi Jinping's view of teachers is the inheritance and development of Marx's theory of human nature, the fine tradition of respecting teachers and valuing education, and the value pursuit of the first education of Communists in successive dynasties. He believes that teachers are pavers for the realization of the Chinese dream of great national renewal, are the guides of students' all-round development and healthy growth, and are people who bend down to practice and climb continuously. Therefore, we should strengthen the Party's leadership in the construction of teachers' team, build a high-quality team of teachers, build a good culture of respecting teachers and valuing education, and encourage teachers to strive to become good teachers in a great country worthy of the great responsibility of national rejuvenation. Xi Jinping's view on teachers provides basic guidelines for the construction of teachers' team in the new era.
