We generalize the common hybrid models and put forward the concept of heterogeneous mixed models. Taking the binomial and Poisson distributions as an example, the mathematical definitions of the heterogeneous mixed models are given in detail. In the parameter estimation, we choose the Dignley distribution, the beta distribution and the gamma distribution as the conjugate prior distribution of the relevant parameters, and use the MCMC algorithm to carry on the posteriori simulation of the model parameters, using the posterior mean value as the parameter Finally, the result of parameter estimation is compared with the real value of the model, which proves the reliability of the estimation result.

For the disaster area aid and reconstruction well, it is important to use the scientific and effective method to carry on the correctly comprehensive evaluation of the earthquake disaster area. According to the disaster index, 36 seriously affected counties of Wenchuan earthquake have been analyzed on weighted TOPSIS method. Firstly, two types of weighted TOPSIS method are established based on the principal component analysis method and entropy method. Secondly, these relative proximity comprehensive evaluation values of 36 counties and cities are obtained through analyzing the earthquake disaster data by two types of weighted TOPSIS method, respectively. Finally, according to the severity of the disaster, these 36 counties and cities are ranked and classified by these relative proximity comprehensive evaluation values. The results of two types of weighted TOPSIS method are consistent with the reference results, so these methods are the effective ways of the correctly comprehensive evaluation to the earthquake disaster.

The spectra of flash lamp by white LED of eleven mobile phone were obtained by combined type multifunction grating spectrometer (model number:WGD-3). The spectrum was composed of blue light band in the 400-460nm range and excitation band in the 460-610 range. The intensity of the blue band was strong, and the excitation light band was low. Due to the differences in material and technology of different types of mobile phone flash lamp LED, the spectra were slightly different. In the range of blue light band, the band at 440nm was the serious harm to the human eye, No. 1-4 mobile phone could not avoid the blue light strongest peak at central wavelength of 440nm. The green band near at 556nm was the most obvious of NO. 3 mobile phone. The relative intensity was defined as the ratio of the intensity of the central wavelength of the blue light and the intensity of the center wavelength of the excited light. The relative intensity of NO.5 mobile phone was stronger than other mobile phone. The intensity of the blue band was an important parameter, when satisfying the white light vision, we should minimize the intensity of blue light and reduce the injure of blue light.

Co(II) meso-4 (4-carboxyl phenyl) porphyrin (CoTCPP) was synthesized by TCPP and Co(OAc)2.. Then the interaction between CoTCPP and bovine serum albumin (BSA) under the physiological condition was studied using the fluorescence quenching method. The results indicated that the fluorescence intensity of BSA has decreased with the concentration increase of CoTCPP. It also showed that the quenching mechanism of the combination of BSA with CoTCPP is a static quenching procedure. All of these provided some important information for further study of CoTCPP and its organism.

Objective To study the secondary metabolites of an endophytic fungus Ym 312628, an endophytic fungus with the activity of alkaloid, to determine the structure of the compound in order to provide a wider source of alkaloid drugs. Methods The optimum fermentation conditions of strain Ym 312628 were determined by orthogonal experiment, and the fermentation products were purified and separated by various chromatographic columns, and the chemical structure was determined by spectral analysis. Results 7 compounds were isolated and 3 of them were identified as 3- phenyl lactic acid, 5- butyl pyridine formic acid, and beer sterol. The specific structure of 1 ergosterols was further identified, and three alkaloid positive reactions were identified as a class of structural analogues with nucleotide units, but the specific chemical junctions were identified. Further identification is required. Conclusion The metabolite of strain Ym 312628 3- phenyl lactic acid provides an effective way to produce Salviae Miltiorrhizae substitutes.

Accelerating the process of ecological civilization and enhancing the carrying capacity of resources and the environment in the region are important guarantees for Yunnan Province to become the vanguard of ecological civilization. Yuxi City, which is located in the Yunnan Central Urban Agglomeration, is one of the five major cities for economic growth in Yunnan. It is faced with the dual pressures of environmental protection and economic development. From the perspective of time and space, this paper screens and constructs an evaluation index system for bearing capacity of resources and the environment, and explores the spatial-temporal evolution characteristics of resource and environmental carrying capacity in Yuxi, in order to provide an analytical framework and practical basis for the economic and social development of the new era and development of resource and environment. The results show that the carrying capacity of resources and environment in Yuxi City has been continuously improved and the spatial differentiation is obvious. It is in a middle-high and low-international situation. There are common problems in high-speed economic growth, high resource consumption and large environmental pollution. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the management of environmental pollution, increase the efficiency of resource utilization, promote the paradigm of circular economy, and promote the construction of regional ecological environment and sustainable economic and social development in the region.

The research selected the population data of the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou Province in 2015.Through the perspectives of population, density, proximity, and wideness, spatial autocorrelation and spatial trend analysis are used to explore the spatial distribution characteristics of the basin population. Conclusion: (1) There are many people in the southwestern part of the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou Province. The northeast population has a large proximity and wideness, and the population density of the city area is relatively large; (2) The population and density spatial agglomeration of the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou Province is not obvious (the global Moran index is less than 0.300). The population proximity and wide narrowness agglomeration are slightly higher (global Moran index 0.400-0.600); (3) During the population space distribution of the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou Province, the population is decreasing from the southwest to the northeast, the population density is decreasing from the central to the northeast and the southwest, and the population proximity and wideness are decreasing from the northeast to the southwest; (4) The geographical center of population of the Wujiang River Basin in Guizhou Province has shifted, the geographic center of population and density is offset from the southwest, the geographic center of population proximity and wideness is offset to the east, and the geographical density of population density is large. Studying the interactive relationship and coordination between tourism transport and tourism economic system has important significance and value for promoting regional coordinated development.Taking Yunnan Province as an example, the article uses the coupling coordination model to empirically analyze the coupling coordination between the two major systems in Yunnan Province from 2007 to 2016. The study found:Yunnan's transportation and tourism economic systems promote and complement each other. The comprehensive evaluation values of the two systems show a steady upward trend, and the overall situation is good. The coupling degree is maintained between 0.4 and 0.5 with no significant change; the degree of coupling coordination is from 2007 to 2012. The misaligned state gradually shifted to the coordination state of 2013-2016, and basically maintained a growth rate of about 26.78%.This study not only intuitively reflects the coordination level of the transportation and tourism economy in Yunnan Province in the past 10 years, but also provides a reference for the sustainable development of tourism and transportation health in Yunnan Province and the promotion of regional economic level in Yunnan. It also provides reference for similar research in other regions.
