This article practices a narratological approach to unravel and clarify the involved temporal structure of “The Voice” and define its function: the interconnection of two narrative sequences, namely, on the one hand, the chronological process of recollecting a past love-relationship ending in estrangement and loss and, on the other, the counter-chronological imaginative re-telling of this recollected past experience, tracing the deteriorating development of the love-relation back to its happy beginnings. The two sequences are distinguished by tense and mode of presentation as well as by their position within the setup of the poem: the recovered, condensed story of the past is embedded in the present narrative, the ongoing process of recollection. The event-structure of the poem is complex, too, featuring negative events in both sequences: The attempt at recovering the happy past, as a desired positive eventful turn, ends in disillusionment and frustration and, as a consequence, the process of recollection results in the speaker’s heightened awareness of his present desolation and decline. The emphasis on disillusionment and self-consciousness can be classified as modernist features.

There are many incisive and indirect ideas about the literature of the Western and Eastern Jin dynasties in Liu Xie’s book
Literary Mind and the Carving of Dragons
. In fact, these ideas can be regarded as a special theory of literature in the Western and Eastern Jin Dynasties. This article summarizes the literature characteristics of Western Jin Dynasty in terms of rhetoric and phonology, as well as its styles of Fan, Mi and Guang Bo in Chinese. Liu Xie’s basic view of literature in Western Jin Dynast is that the skills of rhetoric, phonology, etc. were very prominent. Liu Xie held that the literature of Eastern Jin Dynasty was influenced by Metaphysics and was generally not as good as the Western literature. This theory embodies the following ideology of Liu Xie: the tendency of Confucianism, advocating archaism but not restoring ancient ways, advocating simple and fresh literary thought.

Mistakes of Lin Shu's translations had been identified by quite a few scholars for criticizing his works not adhering to the meaning of the original works or even modifying or changing the meaning of the original works and having grammar mistakes. All of those scholars use the standards of “faithfulness to the original works” and “clearness of the meanings” etc. to evaluate Mr Lin's translations. But, Ch'ien Chungshu provides new points of views on how to evaluate the translations by Mr Lin Shu beyond all of the common focuses mentioned above. Ch'ieu Chung-Shu believes that although the translations by Mr Lin Shu do not always reflect the original works exactly, but the beautiful translations themselves can enlighten people and promote the communications between Chinese and Western cultures. This serves the functions of translations quite well and provides an easy understanding channel for the readers who read the translation works. And Ch’ieu Chung-Shu also recognizes that the risks of less accurate translations sometimes can weaken the charm and beauty of the original work or may even turn an excellent article into a plain one that will in return cause the readers losing their interests of reading eventually. Generally speaking, mistranslations shall be avoided by all translators. But the translation works shall not focus only on following the original works exactly; it should also allow some flexibility in the means of expressing the ideas as long as they can convey the original meanings to the readers and . Ch'ien Chungshu also believes that the contributions and effects of the translation work on the society and cultures shall be highly valued as well, which are clearly one of the biggest contributions of Mr. Lin Shu's translations.

Yunnan was important silver exploiting area in Ming dynasty and the number of mining, silver production and the amount of silver levy were the first in the country. The continuous mining of silver ore made silver an important source of government revenue and expenditure. The implementation of the levy of silver was an important factor for Yunnan’s financial transformation. On this basis, the economic development of Yunnan has more consistency with that of the central plains. The Ming dynasty’s financial system is characterized by central and local governments retaining some financial resources respectively, but it is difficult to divide the boundaries of the central and local fiscal revenue and expenditure. Especially in the late Ming dynasty, silver mining became a convenient channel for the royal family and central government to grab wealth, while the local finance is increasingly embarrassed, and people’s life is also seriously affected.

Developing green traffic is an important part of the construction of traffic power in China, and also the only way for China to deal with climate change and solve environmental crisis under the sustainable development framework. China could take examples from America as to the application of Big Data in the monitoring statistics of traffic energy emission. This paper analyzes three aspects of the enlightenment: energy consumption emissions statistics, transportation statistics system and transportation field energy emission statistics from perspectives of statistical organization system, statistical Index system, and statistical laws and regulations system. The sources of traffic data include two dimensions: macroscopic and microscopic. Data is mainly applied to energy emission statistics through the comprehensive mobile source emission model. In addition, it analyzes the referential experience of America from laws, regulations, policies, education and other related measures which could achieve energy efficiency, low pollution and sustainable development. And those things have certain experience to China in the aspects of organization level, data collection, model application, legal policy and so on.

With the advent of the mass tourism era, the tourism of traditional scenic spots has been unable to meet the needs of tourists. The tourism industry is entering a new normal era of “big industry, great integration and great development”, and the whole country are gradually launching holistic tourism. Qujing should grasp the opportunity of the establishment of Luoping County in the national tourism demonstration zone, and establish the concept of allover development, through the construction of Qujing tourism system, to achieve point-axis linkage. Based on culture and sports, Qujing should establish its own tourism brand and promote industrial integration through expanding and upgrading the scale of tourism public services as well as other measures to create Zhuyuan eco-tourism destination.

Based on Yunnan Provincial A-level Scenic Spot Directory and Baidu Map Open Platform, taking the national A-level tourist attractions of Yunnan Province as research object, the actual situation, the patterns and the law of the attractions' spatial distribution were analyzed by using quantitative methods such as the nearest neighbor index, geography concentrate index and Geordie Coefficient, etc. Analysis results shows that: First, the spatial distribution pattern is “big area, little region”, namely the obvious strip shaped and dotted aggregation from the perspective of province, and the “small agglomeration” from the perspective of prefecture. Secondly, the regional difference was significant, showing that attractions located in the middle and northwest of Yunnan are concentrated, while attractions in the east and southwest of Yunnan are geographically dispersed, and this feature would be more obvious considering high-level scenic spots. Third, the scenic spot distribution is too concentrated, and the higher the level of tourist attractions, the higher the degree of spatial aggregation.

In Middle School, the school bullying of a younger age tends to become more evident. Because of the Principle of Best Interests of Children, China has long adopted the approach of education correction to discipline the bullies. However, this approach leads to the result that the legal responsibilities of the bullies don't correspond with the consequence of the school bullying. There is a serious disconnecting between the governance model of school bully and the actual demands. In order to effectively curb the cases of school bullying and better protect the rights and interests of the minors, the criminal polily of minors should be correctly understood and applied, and the administrative detention age should be lowered, as well as the responsibility of the educators and guardians should be strictly cleared.

The irregular phenomena of pronunciation are important windows to observe the evolution of language, hence explaining these phenomena is a significant way to understand the history of language and to summarize the law of language evolution. As for the Mugedao dialect of Hmong spoken in parts of Sichuan, Yunnan and Guizhou, the numeral “ten” has many syllable forms with similar sounds. But in composing the numeral, the pragmatic distribution is complementary, and the competition fact appears in the spoken language. Combining with other reasonable methods of linguistic study, this paper observes these phenomena and illustrates the gradual change of the diffusion of some linguistic facts in language through applying the method of historical linguistics.
