This paper studies the dynamical behavior of oscillatory expression in E.coli with negative state feedback. Results show that the bifurcation happens when the sum of the time delay reaches a critical value. Interestingly, after adding the control of negative state feedback, the Hopf bifurcation phenomenon is delayed, which indicates that the model can keep steady within a bigger range. What’s more, numerical simulations are carried out to support the theoretical analysis.

In this paper,survey and test, homework analysis, verbal protocol, and comparative analysis are adopted to study the mathematics learning situation of seven-grade Yi students and understands their status of mathematical representation level in solving mathematical problems from the perspective of representation. The investigation suggests that for seven-grade Yi students, there is an imbalanced mathematical representation regarding to solving different math problems. Some have reach the level 4, and some merely stay at the level 1. In the process of solving math problems, a marked difference can not be seen between the mathematical representation level of Yi and Han students that are from grade seven ,nor does it appears between minority students and Yi students. In addition, no obvious difference of representation can be found between the girl and boy Yi students either. More significantly,the mathematical representation level of working out math problems that seven-grade Yi students possess is significantly and positively correlated with their math scores,in other words,the higher the representations level is , the better math score they achieve. According to this study, three corresponding advice can be provided:laying emphasis on the development of students’ thinking habits in teaching progress; combining specific teaching activities with multiple representations; making rational use of multimedia-assisted teaching and integrating the mathematical resources of Yi culture in class.

The graphene films prepared by chemical vapor deposition are typically polycrystalline, and the grain boundaries are expected to degrade the electrical and thermal properties of the resulting films. The study of graphene grains and their boundary is therefore critical for enabling diverse applications. In this work, thermal treatment has been applied to introduce defects on the transferred graphene films. It is found that the intensity of Raman D peak at the edge of graphene and the grain boundary are significantly enhanced after heat treatment in air, whereas no change was found in D peak within the graphene grain. Therefore, the grain boundary distribution of the graphene films can be characterized by thermal treatment combined with Raman spectroscopy-scanning technique, which provides a rapid and effective method to identify the graphene grains on arbitrary substrates.

Lead in popcorn that is prepared in traditional process and modern process is determined to provide scientific basis to the security of food. The microwave digestion and wet digestion are adopted to prepare the sample, and the amount of lead in popcorn are detected by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the lead in the popcorn made by traditional process reaches up to1.9830mg/kg while that in the modernly-made popcorn goes up to 0.9930mg/kg. Lead contents in 4 samples are significantly higher than the national standard. Therefore,it is suggested that the popcorn should not be ate too much. The relative standard deviation of microwave digestion method is less than 4% and the recovery is 90.04%~93.57%. Home microwave digestion method can produce high precision and dependable results in measuring the content of lead. Particularly, there is more outstanding advantages at the safety operability and environmental protection.

The chemical compositions of volatile oils from wild papillose epipactis were extracted by water stream distillation, analyzed by GC-MS and calculated by chromatographic peak area normalization method. Seventy-two chemical compounds were identified,which takes up to 92.42% of the total oil. The main compounds are 3-butyl-6, 7-two-H-pentane [b] pyridine-amine (13.114%), 21 Alkane (8.148%), isopropyl alcohol (6.663%), dibutyl phthalate butyl ester (5.008%), 1-octanol ( 3.957%), etc. The determination of these chemical constituents in this wild flower will provide scientific basis for further exploitation of papillose epipactis in Yunnan.

In order to understand the colony structure and antimicrobial activity of endophytic fungi from Gentiana in Yunnan, the endophytic fungi in root, stem and leaf of healthy Gentiana were isolated by tissue block method, their morphological identification was carried out according to colony and microscopic characteristics, and the antifungal activity of the isolated endophytic fungi was screened by filter paper method. 49 endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Gentiana, belonging to 15 genera, of which 11 genera and 23 strains had antibacterial activity to at least 1 indicative bacteria, accounting for 46.9% of the total Yunnan Gentiana. In this study, the population distribution of endophytic fungi in Yunnan Gentiana was studied, and some endophytic fungi with antimicrobial activity were obtained, which laid a foundation for the search for new antibacterial agents.

A comparison in pharmacological effects between the traditional Chinese drugs Pollen Typhae and the Western drug Bromelain shows that Pollen Typhae plays a very similar pharmacologic role to Bromelain. It is found that Pollen Typhae contains the blood-activating and stasis-dissolving components, which are the fibrinolytic enzyme that can be absorbed into blood from the gastrointestinal tract. Furthermore, the problems, the precautions and the possible research directions of Pollen Typhae’s application in medicine are put forward.

Based on the dissection of the hips of 112 cadavers (including the local specimen of the corpse) , research was conducted to determine RSR (the relatively safe region) of the operation, to provide anatomical basis for the treatment of Piriformis Syndrome by needle knife subcutaneous release operation, and to check the feasibility in clinical validation of RSR of needle knife subcutaneous release operation in the treatment of piriformis syndrome.Results showed that the scalloped area enclosed by the projective line of inferior branch of superior gluteal nerve and the most lateral protrusive point of the greater trochanter was the relatively safe region; there were not important nerves and blood vessels in this region, so it would not damage the nerve and blood vessels while operating in this region.The 20 subject patients were closely observed for about 12 to 18 months after operation. All of their situations were significantly improved. What’s more, no nerve and vasculars injury and other severe complications occurred to them.

Evaluation of the course difficulty is the basis of a lot of works as follows: college students’ training scheme design, curriculum schedule arrangement and teachers’ workload evaluation. An evaluation method of the course difficulty based on paired comparison is proposed in this paper. This method contains questionnaire and data analysis. In questionnaire part, test subjects compare two courses and select out one considerably difficult course. The data analysis stage has three parts. Firstly, filter out the circle error data from survey data. Circle error data happens when course A is considered more difficult than course B, course B is considered more difficult than course C and course C is considered more difficult than course A. Secondly, check whether the test subjects, on average, have equal preference to the tested courses. Luckily, a strong agreement is obtained in this paper. Thirdly, sort and group the courses according to their difference in difficulty by the Friedman test, the Page test and the Hollander-Wolfe comparison method.

Based on the research of spanning-tree protocol that conducted with laboratory equipment and the analysis of poor operability, this paper firstly explains the function of spanning-tree protocol and it’s fundamental operating principle in detail. Afterwards,the Cisco Packet Tracer simulator is employed to build a virtual network environment for experimental simulation, then the detailed experimental process and analysis is given. The experiment proves that this simulating method is an effective way to study and analyze network protocol ,which not only enables learners to have a better comprehension of spanning-tree protocol’s basic operating principle,but also enables them to get a good grasp of command configuration.

The professional identity of students majoring in preschool education in Qujing Normal University has been investigated by a questionnaire on college students’ professional identity. The results shows that the professional identity of these students is generally above the middle level and there is no significant difference for students of different genders or from different places; the level of professional identity of the freshmen is higher than that of the sophomores; the professional identity of the students who chose to major in preschool education based on their own will is higher than those who did it to the expectation of their parents or others, and those who were adjusted to the major; students who know a lot about their majors have a higher professional identity than those who know little; students with better grades and academic achievement have a higher professional identity than those with poor academic performance.

Based on the concept of habitus, a building tourism habitus index model is built to analyze the spatio-temporal dynamics distribution, discreteness and concentration of inbound tourist flows in Yunnan province. The research results show that: the monthly concentration index of inbound tourist flows in Yunnan province tended to fluctuate; the overall average habitus index of inbound tourism in Yunnan province 2010-2015 was 6.0 and in April to August inbound tourist flow went to the peak, while in the rest of the time there was less traffic flow and strong discreteness; tourist flows from Hong Kong and Macao took the first place and were highly concentrated; the tourism spatial index of Taiwan region and Thailand went to the second and the third; South Korea came in fourth, Malaysia in fifth, Singapore in sixth; Kunming, Xishuangbanna, Diqing, Dali, Lijiang were the top five cities of inbound tourism, and the tourism spatial habitus index of the 5 cities were respectively 3.8, 1.14, 3.38, 2.14, 3.09; tourism spatial habitus index in Zhaotong city had an average value of 0.004, with the lowest value for index(S) among the 16 prefectures in Yunnan Province, which showed that it had the lowest inbound tourist flow and the highest discreteness; in the past years from 2010 to 2015, the geographical concentration index (G) of inbound tourism market in Yunnan province was 26.5, 26, 25.5, 25.5, 24.5, 23, respectively, which showed a downward trend, indicating that the inbound tourism market of Yunnan province was diversified and dispersed.

In order to deal with the challenges from the transformation and upgrading of the tourism, the economic transformation and sustainable development of cites, comprehensive tourism emerges. At the end of 2016, Yuanmou County in Yunnan Province, with its unique natural landscapes, relics, historical and cultural resources, has become a comprehensive tourism demonstration county. However, there are still some problems in its tourism development under the background of mass tourism, such as low resource utilization, low degree of correlation among industries, backward tourism industry model, weak infrastructure construction and others. Based on a comprehensive analysis of the types, distribution and characteristics of tourism resources in Yuanmou County, this paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and competitive threats of Yuanmou County based on SWOT so as to determine the positioning of its tourism products and build a new model of comprehensive tourism from the perspective of “tourism +” industrial integration.

Based on the analysis of the relevant data of the central enterprises holding listed companies in electric power industry from the stock market Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2011 to 2015, it is found that the followings affect the non-efficiency investment of the central enterprises holding listed companies: the management fee, the ratio of large shareholders, the board size, the proportion of independent directors and concentration of equity are inversely proportional to the non-efficiency investment; the ratio of equity is incentive to non-efficiency investment; executive compensation, free cash flow and financing cash flow are positively correlated to the non-efficiency investment; the cash dividend is negatively correlated to the non-efficiency investment.

Under the condition of heterogeneous products and on the basis of a comparison of the impact of the introduction of the domestic and foreign products of different qualities into local enterprises on their markets, it is found that the maximum income tariff is not always greater than the best welfare tariff. The relative size of the maximum income tariff and the welfare tariff depends largely on the difference in the quality of the two products. In the Cournot competitive conditions, if the quality difference of the two products is less than 2/3, then the maximum income tariff is greater than the best welfare tariff; if not, then the maximum income tariff is less than the best welfare tariff. In addition, under the condition of heterogeneous products, the the impact of the best tariff on local enterprises can be related to the substitution degree of the two products.

Exploration of the coordination level of population, economic and resource environment is helpful for the sustainable development of Guizhou. Quantitative method is applied in this paper to evaluate and analyze the coordination development degree of the population, economic and resource environment in Guizhou . Results show that in the given period the coordination degree in Guizhou dropped from a high level to a level of slight imbalance and has gone through a process of “high coordination-slight imbalance-relative coordination”, corresponding to the increasing trend of coordination level of population, economy and resource environment in Guizhou in the wake of a disorder. In order to promote the coordinated development of population, economy and resource environment in Guizhou, some countermeasures are put forward such as population quantity control and economic restructuring.

With 3001 citizens in Guiyang being the research sample, questionnaire being the research method and SPSS19.0 statistical analysis being the tool, social conditions, family characteristics and personal psychological effects, those three factors influencing residents’ energy use behavior are analyzed. The results shows that: social conditions and personal psychology are the two variables significantly associated with the behavior of using energy; in the practice of using energy, the most influential variables are successively social norms, policies and regulations, environmental responsibility and environmental attitude; the family population, the average monthly household disposable income and energy use behavior are significantly correlated. Finally, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to improve the energy use behavior of urban residents in Guiyang.

After a study from the perspective of human perspective and based on literature materials and comparative analysis, it is proposed that the training of PE teachers should shift from normal education to teacher education, students from the knowledge receiver to the active learner, the teaching design from knowledge transfer to knowledge construction, evaluation of PE teaching from instrumental rationality to value rationality so as to pull the school sports back to the system of “human-nurturing”, the highest target of education. In the course of school physical education based on the whole life process of students, enlightenment sports should be the main task in pre-schools and primary schools, the systematic physical education study should be the main task in the middle school stage, and the cultivation of students’ autonomous exercise habit should be the main task at the university stage. It also puts forward a route of developing school sports combined with life and a linkage mechanism of sports education integrated with health education, that is “classroom teaching + online learning + quality exercise + performance assessment + insurance supporting”.

This article summarizes the practical experience in sports discipline in junior middle school of the national training program of Qujing Normal University for three years. It puts forward that junior middle school sports training of “Sending education to the Countryside” should set up thematic courses at the beginning of training; training methods such as lesson-based training, simulated classroom, heterogeneous lectures and exhibition of achievements should be applied in the process of training; interactive training and teamwork should be required in the process of instruction. All the above-mentioned strategies are helpful for junior middle school physical education trainers to effectively accomplish the training mission of “Sending Education to the Countryside” after short-term retraining, and gradually improve the teaching practice ability of PE teachers in rural middle schools.
