The conception of the South Panjiang River Green Economic Zone was put forward after a conscientious study on Chairman Xi Jinping’s speech.It is a practice to actively respond to national development strategy and industriously implement the “Five Development Ideas”.The idea is to built South Panjiang River belt into an ecological civilization demonstration zone, a characteristic modern agricultural demonstration zone, a biological resources processing demonstration zone, a global tourism innovation demonstration zone, a new urbanization demonstration zone, a national unity and progress demonstration zone so as to form a spanning development zones in Yunnan Province. In order to realize this strategic conception, measures such as high promotion, high starting point planning, high strength linkage, whole basin cooperation, all-round opening and comprehensive innovation drive should be taken.

Because of their geographical proximity, close cultural origin, resources of the same source, the collaborative development prospects is very promising. The novel Le dit de Tianyi, written by the Chinese-French writer Francois Cheng, reveals the protagonist’s helplessness, confusion, perplexity, lonliness as well as a sense of frustration and depression when confronted such life circumstances as destiny, death and desired love. The novel displays Man’s defiance of absurdity and yearning for freedom, including the pursuit of perfect humanity and the true state of being a “Man”. As Theodor Adorno put it, human lives in a state of despair, yet despair is hope. Now that absurdity is unavoidably in existence, hope will be born out of despair, as the novel metaphorically illuminates.

Under the guidance of HNC theory, coordination with overt conjunctions (COC) in 3613 sentences of 30 articles in the Chinese patent literature is annotated in the eight aspects, namely number, level, semantic type, semantic feature, interference, structural feature, contextual words and boundary position. This paper counts and analyzes the types and distribution of COC, investigates semantic similarity, structural similarities and contextual information.Its aim is to design the strategies, algorithms and linguistic rules for automatically recognizing COC in nominal groups of Chinese patent literature.

Based on data analysis of the newly-introduced loan words (including Chinese words and letter words) listed in Modern Chinese Dictionary (6^th edition), studies found that there are more zero translations while free translation remains the major method. Meanwhile, there is less translation of proper names while more and more new foreign terms are introduced. The dominant free translation method shows how Chinese “meaning” thinking pattern influences the development of translation. The less proper name translation reveals the under-evaluation of cultural acceptance during translation. The zero translation trend, on the other hand, is a warning that the equal cultural cognition opportunity for all could possibly be endangered. The situation of Chinese new loanwords translation is worth more attention. It not only reflects the current situation of our language and culture but also plays a positive role in language and cultural innovation.

Natural Humanity Theory is the foundation of Shang Yang’s Political Thoughts. With regard to human, the nature refers to the reality of human being’s selfishness. The concept of law enforcement refers to the thoughts and ideas that guide people in their law enforcement activities. BIM technology is becoming the dominant applied technology of the future construction industry. South and North Sect of Landscape Painting used two types of meditation, insight enlightenment and gradual enlightenment to signify two different painting styles in Chinese painting history. Initiated by Dong Qichang, a landscape painter in later Ming dynasty, South and North Sect of Landscape Painting became the partition criterion of two different schools of painting. This system praised South Sect Landscape Painting highly and suppressed North Sect Landscape Painting. Therefore, South Sect Landscape Painting became the main stream, Scholars Painting. Its aesthetic style of gentle,lightness in color, clear and pure, quiet and silent, natural, artless became the aesthetic purport of Scholars Painting of different epochs. Quanzhou Nanyin is active in the Minnan-spoken areas in Fujian, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Southeast Asian countries where a Minnan language-based Nanyin culture circle has been formed. Nanyin Singing Assembly is one of the direct and effective ways to intensify the relationship of its members and the chord companions. In Indonesia, the Indonesian Oriental Music Foundation, the only existing oversea Chinese group to hold the activities of Nanyin, has organized three large-scale Nanyin singing activities to transmit the traditional Nanyin culture and add new life to Nanyin. These activities enhance the vitality of Nanyin in a foreign country and give people a view to the overall situation of the national heritage and its development crisis.

Yunnan Music Culture was first proposed by Chinese scholar Zhou Kaimo in her book Yunnan Folk Music Theory. She believes that music is not only the music in the pure aesthetic sense, but a convergence of song, dance, music and other art forms. The main features of Yunnan Music Culture are similar to the concept of preschool children’s music education, which brings four major implications to children’s music education reform in China: (1) integration of various art forms; (2) formation of original music education concept; (3) construction of teaching environment of equality, freedom, openness and communication; (4) participation of every single child in music practice.
