Abstract: The ideological and political education of college students mainly involves students, schools and parents. In the process of students’ growth, they need not only the careful education at school, but also the strong support from their family. In the new media era, schools should be innovative and make full use of the network to build a new platform and explore a new mechanism for the ideological and political education so as to enhance its attraction and appeal. This requires college teachers to innovate their working methods on the basis of network and establish a mechanism of family-school cooperation with students’ parents.
