Abstract: The construction of village-level league organizations is a basic project for the deepening reform of the Communist Youth League. A survey in Malone County of Yunnan Province on the Communist Youth League, its members and its cadres shows that there are widespread problems such as weakening political nature, deviated organization function, imbalanced orientation and narrow coverage. In the deepening reform of the Communist Youth League, we should be determined to unify the members, serve the public, function as a bridge and optimize the management so as to strengthen and improve the construction of the Communist Youth League.
