Trade in services is an important part of China's foreign economic and trade exchanges. With the rapid development of digital technology, traditional trade in services has achieved digital transformation, and a number of emerging trade in services have emerged. Digital service trade has become an important force to realize high-quality economic development to promote the modernization of a huge population, the modernization of the common prosperity of all the people, the coordinated modernization of material civilization and spiritual civilization, the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the realization of modernization on the road of peaceful development. However,there is a big gap between China's current digital core technology and developed countries, imperfect rules and regulations, lack of voice in the formulation of digital service trade rules, and digital trade restrictions have become a major obstacle to the development of digital service trade. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, actively participate in the construction of international rules of digital service trade, strengthen the training of digital talents, and accelerate the digital transformation of traditional service trade and the development of emerging service trade.

At present, the E-CNY has become a key element to be further studied in the process of Chinese-style modernization. Moreover, against the backdrop of the theoretical development and practice evolution of Chinese-style modernization, the issuance and circulation of digital RMB and the construction of related mechanisms face both opportunities and challenges. This article summarizes five approaches to promoting E-CNY in the Chinese-style modernization: providing micro foundation for macro decision-making, improving the effectiveness of monetary policy and its coordination with fiscal policy, raising the quality and efficiency of inclusive finance, promoting the development of green finance, and accelerating the internationalization of RMB. These approaches correspond with the basic characters of Chinese-style modernization. During the period of important strategic opportunities, important sources of opportunities include the requirements of Chinese modernization for digital economy, the irreversible trend of RMB internationalization and the digital wave of service trade. On the other hand, the limited level of financial modernization and financial supervision, China's unbalanced and inadequate overall development, insufficient domestic demand for platform-based payment, and uncertain factors existing in international competition pose challenges to the issuance and circulation of E-CNY. Based on this, China should enhance the quality of technological innovation of digital currency, explore systems and mechanisms that conform to the basic characteristics of China's current stage of modernization as well as the general logic of digital economy. Meanwhile, close attention and concrete response should be given with respect to the conditions and factors influencing the comprehensive effect of E-CNY.

Digital restructuring and upgrading of industrial chain not only achieve more value creation for business, but also accelerate the change of production mode, promote the improvement of social productivity, and contribute to the well-being of people. With the advantages of entire national system, huge data stock, large market demand scale and partial leading digital technology and application capability, digital restructuring and upgrading of industrial chain has become a feasible path and an important grasp for China to realize Chinese modernization. However, with the accelerated evolution of the world's profound changes unseen in a century, the international obstacles to the digital transformation and upgrading of the industrial chain have gradually emerged. At the same time, the digital technology itself development and application characteristics may also lead to the emergence of a variety of potential internal constraints. In the face of complex realistic conditions, China should adhere to the essential requirements and important principles of Chinese modernization, improve the construction of socialist market economy, break the institutional mechanism obstacles in the process of Chinese modernization; it also need to coordinate development and security, unremittingly promote and expand Chinese-style modernization, and finally realize the historical goal of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.

Since the 1980s, the one-child policy implemented in China has promoted economic and social development. At the same time, due to various accidental deaths and disabilities of the only child in the families, the parents over the age of 60 who can no longer bear children have also become a group of "old people who have lost their independence". The traditional family guarantee of "raising children to support the elderly" and male inheritance culture cause the elderly who have lost their independence to face various life difficulties and psychological trauma. They are in a dilemma that cannot be solved by themselves. Social assistance has become the most basic security system for the elderly who have lost their independence to maintain their basic life and obtain psychological comfort. This kind of social assistance is based on the theory of social organism, social support and state obligation. At present, there are still some problems in the social assistance work for the elderly who have lost their independence, such as the lack of specialized legislation, the unclear content and subject of social assistance, and the low state and local assistance funds. Based on this, this paper analyzes the current situation of social assistance for the elderly who have lost their independence and the legal protection mechanism, and puts forward workable countermeasures in combination with reality, and puts forward the institutional framework of social assistance for the elderly who have lost their independence in China.

The discussion of the two meanings of socially necessary labor time in Das Kapital must be combined with the evolution history of commodity exchange. The first meaning is based on the simple commodity economy of barter exchange and the assumption of complete competition. The second meaning is concluded from the history of capitalism socialized mass production in the monetary economy, and on the condition that the supply and demand inequality became an ordinary state. short-term inequality in supply and demand will affect the price and value of commodities while long-term supply and demand inequality tends to balance them under the effect of complete competition. Under the condition that the land structure becomes imbalanced, the total land quantity keeps unchanged, and the land is monopolized in long-term, the value of land commodities per unit is less than the socially necessary labor time in inferior land but greater than the socially necessary labor time in superior land, while the social value of other commodities is less than the social necessary labor time actually paid. Monopoly has a permanent effect on the deviation of unit commodity value from the actual necessary labor time while there is no influence on the change of money demand.

Based on the data of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2020, an empirical study of the relationship between the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries, digital inclusive finance and farmers' income is conducted.The results show that the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries can promote farmers' income and the impact of the development of digital inclusive finance on farmers' income will increase with the improvement of the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries.In addition, after the analysis of heterogeneity, in areas with high level of digital inclusive finance development, the integration of three industries has a significant role in increasing farmers' income while in areas with low development level of digital inclusive finance, the causal relationship between the integration of three industries and the increase of farmers' income is not statistically significant.The findings suggest that the strategy of integrated development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries should not only be carried out through the way of creating new products, new services, new industries, new industrial forms, and new models, but also be integrated with the virtual digital inclusive finance.Farmers' income will increase through the joint development of real industry integration and virtual finance .

From the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China, with the great development of archaeology and epigraphy, Cuan Baozi Stele, as a representative of the southern steles, received unprecedented attention in the wave of "respecting steles and suppressing calligraphy". As a key figure connecting the preceding and the following in Xiaocuan calligraphy, calligraphy achievements and influences of Jing Hengyi have not attracted enough attention. In order to clarify Jing Hengyi's thoughts and practices of Xiaocuan calligraphy, the calligraphy history of Xiaocuan calligraphy is analyzed systematically through the existing literature, and the overall process of it calligraphy practice from the collection of Cuan Baozi Stele to Xiaocuan is also studied . It is believed that Jing Hengyi broadened the category of"respecting monuments" in modern calligraphy aesthetics, and his calligraphy thought and practice have great reference and enlightenment significance for the research and creation of contemporary "Ercuan" calligraphy.
