At present, heterogeneous longitudinal data are often encountered in many fields such as pedagogy, psychology, economics, and sociology. Hidden Markov model has attracted extensive attention because of its good modeling and analysis effect on heterogeneous longitudinal data. This paper introduces the non-homogeneous Markov state transition mode and combines it with multivariate normal distribution to propose a hidden nonhomogeneous Markov multivariate normal distribution model. Firstly, the mathematical definition of hidden nonhomogeneous Markov multivariate normal distribution model is introduced. Then, the derivation process of the posterior distribution of model parameters and the design of MCMC algorithm are introduced in detail, and four simulation experiments are set for comparative analysis. The results show that the Bayesian inference method is reliable. In addition, the main contribution of this paper is to show that hidden nonhomogeneous Markov model can cover homogeneous hidden Markov model, which is more widely used.

The FDTD method is used to simulate the two-dimensional electromagnetic field through MATLAB software, and the numerical value of the electromagnetic field finite difference method is analyzed. The results show that the FDTD method is suitable for calculating the complex electromagnetic field values. Both the rectangular infinite slot model and the two-dimensional square electrostatic field model can be used for simple electromagnetic field calculation. The numerical analysis shows that the number of iterations of the rectangular infinite slot model is 213.The iteration number of two-dimensional square electrostatic field model is 62. The intensity of the electric field can be reflected from the density of the lines in the figure. The solution results of the over-relaxation method and the simple iteration method are related to the number of grids set. When the grid area values are uneven, the field changes cannot be reflected by the difference scheme. The integral form of Maxwell equations can reflect the change information of the field in the grid, and the difference equation obtained is more accurate.

In this paper, the effects of risperidone on the inhibition of serum albumin by polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid in the presence of five common metal elements in plasma were investigated by spectrometric method. The results showed that under the influence of risperidone, polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid inhibited the fluorescence of proteins in a dynamic quenching mode. Various constants, inhibition sites, interaction forces, binding sites and synergies were determined. The addition of copper and nickel only slightly increased the inhibition, but also weakened by chromium, manganese and magnesium.

Detecting and evaluating the components of Pratia nummularia provides a basis for its in-depth research and development. The contents of protein, amino acid, vitamin, reducing sugar, ash and moisture are tested according to relevant national and industrial standards. The results showed that the protein content in the stem and leaf of Pratia nummularia was 9.58% ; total amino acids 7.78%; crude polysaccharide 18.84%; reducing sugar 5.74%; total saponins 2.66%; total flavonoids 0.05 g/kg; Vitamin A was not detected; Vitamin D

The hatching rate, developmental epoch and developmental rate of egg masses laid by adult Atractomorpha lata after mating and feeding on rape leaves were observed at 16℃C, 19℃, 22℃, 25℃ and 28℃ with 75% relative humidity and a photoperiod of 16L:8D to investigate the growth and development of Atractomorpha lata eggs in response to environmental temperature in Qujing population in Yunnan. The results showed that the developmental period of the eggs shortened with the increase of the test temperature, and the hatching rate was 95.47% at 25℃. The starting temperature and effective accumulation temperature of eggs were 11.69℃, 406.91 day-degrees and 11.44℃, 391.16 day-degrees, respectively, based on the linear regression method and the direct optimum method, and the effective accumulation temperature of the eggs was predicted.

This paper proposes an improved method to restore polarization image based on based on sky separation technology in order to solve the problems of traditional polarization image defogging methods, such as inconvenient parameter calculation, noise and color distortion. Firstly, we use the method of image registration fusion to deal with polarization image fusion. Then, we separate the polarized haze image scene and sky region by sky separation technology and calculate the atmospheric light intensity. We optimize the atmospheric scattered light and calculate the image transmission rate by the method of adaptive median filter. Finally, we remove the image haze by the polarized image defogging model. We use the images obtained by SLR camera and KENKO CPL67MM polarizing filters for experimental recovery test. The image restored by the proposed method retains the rich edge details and makes great improvement in the evaluation indexes of information entropy and average gradient ratio. The method effectively improves the quality of haze image, overcomes the noise problem in the sky area, and solves the inconvenience in manual calculation of parameters.

An improved algorithm is proposed to address the problems of slow convergence speed and multiple turns in traditional ant colony algorithm for robot path planning. Firstly, a corner heuristic function is introduced to increase the directionality of node selection and reduce the number of corners. Secondly, a new pheromone updating mechanism is proposed to update the pheromone concentration of high-quality ants twice to speed up the convergence of the algorithm. Finally, experiments are conducted on the improved algorithm using simulation software. The simulation experimental results show that the performance of the improved algorithm has greatly improved. In two different complexity environments, the number of iterations has decreased by 82.1% and 87.6%, respectively, and the number of corners has decreased by 36.8%, verifying the superiority of the improved algorithm.

The network address translation technology is mainly used to realize the network addresses conversion between internal and external. The technology, a practical and essential skill of network engineering mastered by the computer students, can effectively save IP address space and realize the sharing and utilization of IP addresses,which is widely used in various enterprise campus network design project. However, the network address translation protocol research and analysis on the physics experiment equipment has such problems as difficult operation, unfavorable for students to observe and understand, which greatly hinders the improvement of the quality of network engineering practice teaching. In order to effectively solve the problem of the contradiction between the practical teaching of network engineering and the existing laboratory equipment conditions, the article first analyzes the working principle and classification of the Network address translation protocol. Then, the network scenario is designed on the enterprise network simulation platform for experimental simulation, and the details are given. Two kinds of simulation experiment design and realization process of network address translation protocol are presented. Finally, the experimental analysis shows that this method of experimental teaching under the virtual platform can better deepen students' understanding of the principles of the NAT protocol and mastery of practical skills, and provide a solution to the problem of contradiction between teaching needs and experimental equipment conditions.

The TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the land use in recent 10 years and the land use benefit from ecological, economic, social, and other aspects. The obstacle degree model was used to find out the obstacle factors restricting the land use benefit, to provide support for sustainable land use in Chengjiang. The results showed that (1) the comprehensive land use benefit and social benefit increased in recent 10 years, with a large increase from 2018 to 2019, the ecological benefits showed a trend of "decreasing first, then increasing and then decreasing", and economic performance has steadily increased; (2) in 2019, the main obstacle factors of Chengjiang were soil erosion treatment area, average sewage discharge, per capita grain output, etc.; and (3) from 2015 to 2019, social benefits were the main factors affecting the improvement of land use efficiency in Chengjiang. In the long run, the ecological benefit will gradually become the main obstacle restricting the improvement of land use benefits.

The coordinated development of construction land use efficiency and urbanization is conducive to achieving land conservation and intensive use, as well as sustainable urban development. On the basis of constructing an evaluation index system, the paper uses extreme value method, entropy weight method, comprehensive index method, and coupling coordination model to study the coupling relationship and influencing factors between construction land use efficiency and urbanization in Yuxi City from 2010 to 2020. The results show that (1) from 2010 to 2020, the coupling coordination level between construction land use efficiency and urbanization level in Yuxi City is relatively low, with an average coordination level of only 0.39 in the city, indicating a moderate imbalance overall; (2) the regional imbalance between the utilization efficiency of construction land and the coordinated development level of urbanization in Yuxi City is obvious, showing a center periphery structure with high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas; and (3) the spatial and temporal pattern of coordinated development between construction land use efficiency and urbanization in Yuxi City is deeply influenced by factors such as economic development level, industrialization level, government capacity, and technological investment. Yuxi City should adopt a differentiated strategy to promote the coupling development of construction land use efficiency and urbanization.

The flower industry and tourism industry in Yunnan have the industrial basis for integrated development. Promoting the high-quality integrated development of the two industries is conducive to the optimization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure. Using the coupling coordination degree model, this paper measures the integration development level of flower industry and tourism industry in Yunnan Province, and points out that the integration development of the two industries has gone through the evolution process of primary integration → low integration → medium integration. The study further establishes the grey relational model, analyzes the development motivation of the integration of the two industries from four aspects of consumption demand, scientific and technological innovation, urbanization construction and policy support, and obtains the rank of relational degree: consumption demand (0.884)>urbanization construction (0.821)>policy support (0.792)>scientific and technological innovation. Finally, four modes of high-quality integrated development of flower industry and tourism industry are proposed.

A study is conducted to analyze the impact of product pricing and inventory information disclosure strategies on the profitability of an online retailer selling two differentiated products. The consumers' purchasing behavior is analyzed, a profit model for online retailers is developed, and the strategies of disclosing and hiding inventory level information for the two differentiated products under three different supply and demand situations are compared. The results show that the disclosing inventory level information is a better choice when the supply of high-quality products exceeds the demand, and hiding inventory level information is a better choice when the supply of low-quality products exceeds the demand. In addition, when combined with the inventory disclosure strategy and the different supply and demand situations of the two differentiated products, the online retailer should choose the strategy for sufficient supply of high quality products, out of stock of low quality products, and hiding inventory level information in order to maximize profits during the sales period.

The definition of Nanling Ethnic Corridor from the perspective of ethnic economics should adhere to the principle of corridor integrity. On the one hand, it should refer to the definition of Nanling Mountain Area in the field of physical geography, and also follow the general paradigm of Ethnology and cultural anthropology, that is, fully consider the factors such as history, culture and ethnic group flow in the corridor area; on the other hand, the economic space of Nanling Ethnic Corridor should be fully considered. The inter regional characteristics are conducive to the coordinated development of ethnic groups and regions in the corridor, and the integrity of the administrative region is taken into account. Under the spatial definition of "core area + radiation area", Nanling Ethnic Corridor has a unique strategic location from the domestic and international perspectives. The teachers’ professional accreditation system is an important measure to promote connotative development of teacher education, and distinctly (obviously) pays attention to the whole process of talent cultivation. The portfolio could efficiently record entire learning career of students. The portfolio assessment is an authentic assessment mode based on student-centered, in accordance with teachers’ professional accreditation concept or pays attention to the whole process of talent cultivation as well. Therefore, the portfolio assessment could become an important measure to promote construction of core literacy and also to achieve training objectives for student teachers. This article briefly reviews the evolution of higher educational evaluation by portfolio. The purpose of this paper is to construct a kind of feasible, constructible, appreciable, measurable and propagable electronic growth portfolio for teacher profession, which includes construction methods and principles, framework structure and module content, evaluation principle, and board evaluation method of evaluation module. Finally, talent training activities based on professional certification could be overall traced, monitored and evaluated by using electronic growth portfolio for normal university students so as to promote continuous improvement of talent training quality for teacher profession.

A hybrid teaching mode of "online self-study+offline case study+challenging training design" based on SPOC is proposed to aiming at the problems existing in the traditional teaching of the Digital Communication Principles Course, such as abstract theoretical knowledge, weak comprehensive design of experiments, and difficulty in mobilizing students' enthusiasm for learning. In the teaching implementation, the case driven curriculum mind map was introduced, the online teaching resources were reconstructed based on SPOC curriculum, and the organic integration of online and offline courses was realized by combining the teaching tools, such as Mu Classroom and Superstar Learning. Finally, the multi-level and challenging experimental projects were designed. According to the course diagnosis and questionnaire, the average score of students' evaluation on the improvement of courses and ability points is more than 9 points, which has a good teaching response. The students' learning autonomy and comprehensive ability have also been greatly improved.

The machine learning is a professional core course for artificial intelligence majors, and the course has the characteristics of strong engineering practice and complicated algorithms,which leads difficulty in mastering the knowledge in the course. The experimental teaching case of microblog hot topics research is designed according to machine learning project development process based on the result-oriented education concept of engineering education. After vectorizing the microblog text, the TF-IDF algorithm is used to assign weights to feature terms and construct a feature word matrix, and then the LDA model is used to obtain topics in different time windows using the EM algorithm, which is combined with visualization technology to discover hot topics on microblog. Experimental teaching practice of conducting this teaching case shows that the experimental case of using machine learning algorithm to solve social hot topics can not only cultivate students' practical engineering ability and engineering literacy, but also stimulate students' enthusiasm for independent learning of the course, which is an effective experimental teaching case design method.The experiment is highly comprehensive, which requires students' high mathematical abilities.
