Abstract: Detecting and evaluating the components of Pratia nummularia provides a basis for its in-depth research and development. The contents of protein, amino acid, vitamin, reducing sugar, ash and moisture are tested according to relevant national and industrial standards. The results showed that the protein content in the stem and leaf of Pratia nummularia was 9.58% ; total amino acids 7.78%; crude polysaccharide 18.84%; reducing sugar 5.74%; total saponins 2.66%; total flavonoids 0.05 g/kg; Vitamin A was not detected; Vitamin D3 70.7 μg/100g;Vitamin B2 1.95 mg/100g; Vitamin C 2.4 mg/100g; Fresh product moisture 82.89%; total ash 13.85%; acid insoluble ash 2.35%; and water insoluble ash 9.18%. The stems and leaves of Pratia nummularia are rich in protein, delicious amino acids, pharmacodynamic amino acids and other nutritional and functional components. Essential amino acids accounted for 42.54% of the total amino acids, and the ratio coefficient score (RSC) was 63.23. Methionine is the first limiting amino acid.
