Abstract: The hatching rate, developmental epoch and developmental rate of egg masses laid by adult Atractomorpha lata after mating and feeding on rape leaves were observed at 16℃C, 19℃, 22℃, 25℃ and 28℃ with 75% relative humidity and a photoperiod of 16L:8D to investigate the growth and development of Atractomorpha lata eggs in response to environmental temperature in Qujing population in Yunnan. The results showed that the developmental period of the eggs shortened with the increase of the test temperature, and the hatching rate was 95.47% at 25℃. The starting temperature and effective accumulation temperature of eggs were 11.69℃, 406.91 day-degrees and 11.44℃, 391.16 day-degrees, respectively, based on the linear regression method and the direct optimum method, and the effective accumulation temperature of the eggs was predicted.
