Chinese-style Modernization is an inevitable requirement to achieve self-reliance in advanced science and technology, win the battle around key technologies, and gain the initiative in forthcoming technological revolution.Although China's IC industry has made significant achievements, the bottleneck of key technologies is still prominent.This paper first analyses the impact of the technology decoupling led by US on the technological environment of China's semiconductor industry in the context of Technology Nationalism in a realistic dimension.By constructing “Dual Circulation”, this paper then proposes specific digital solutions to the problem of China's IC industry on the practical scale of ideology, technology road map, government role, and external environment.

One hundred years ago, Yuyangli, the French Concession, was the birthplace of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and the China’s Socialist Youth League (CSYL). Yuyangli is an important hub for the spread of Marxism in early period in China and also the origin for the pioneers of Chinese communist movement to build their dreams and advance their noble cause. They lighted the sparks and then the sparks spread out all over China in the near future. From the perspective of urban space research, the book restored the historical situation, integrated the heroes, and revealed that the party founding pioneers completed the whole process of elite gathering, organization creation, class mobilization, and theoretical propaganda in Yuyangli, which is an important exploration of the research on the history of the founding of the CPC.

Local culture is the incentive and critical approach to promoting rural vitalization.Qujing is the gateway to eastern Yunnan Province and a typical diaspora of different ethnic groups.Qujing has rich local cultural resources, among which, the fossils, Cuan Culture, Tongshang Culture, San Guo Culture, Red Culture, and folk culture have significant value for research and development.At present, local Qujing culture faces various problems including achieving less cultural inheritance and innovation, and not being well integrated with the related industries.By combining and exploiting various methods and channels, Qujing local culture can be refined and developed to promote the upgrade of the convergence of culture and industries.By doing so, rural vitalization can strengthen its foundation, activate its driving power, and clarify its path.The methods can also promote the high-quality development of the rural economy and help with the rural vitalization of Qujing.

Based on the national census data, using the theory of population geography, this paper analyzes the overall situation and provincial differences of population age structure and aging in China through three indicators: children's coefficient, elderly coefficient, and aging.and discusses The internal relationship between population age structure and aging and rural revitalization and its impact mechanism on rural revitalization has been discussed. The results show that the age structure of China's population has changed greatly, the level of aging is high, and the differences between provinces are significant. Deep aging has become a new development trend. Natural population growth, mechanical growth, and productivity development level are important reasons for the change of population age structure. Population reproduction, population transformation, population migration and economic, and social development have a prominent impact on rural revitalization.

The ancient plagues in Yunnan have been studied from historical, sociological, and medical perspectives, but not from a literary perspective. Yunnan poets, faced with the plague of life, had painted a painful picture of people's livelihoods, expressing not only their deep concern for people's livelihoods, their deep reflection on life, and their search for a way out, but also their profound compassion and humanism. At the same time, these literary writings prove history with poetry and have valuable historical value.

Sun Guangting was a very important but under-appreciated person in modern Yunnan history. He was the deputy director of Yunnan Higher School, the supervisor of students studying in Japan, and a member of the National Assembly. He was the teacher of Li Gen and Tang Jiyao, and throughout his life he interacted with Sun Yat-sen, Zhang Taiyan, and Zhang Shizhao, opposing Yuan Shikai's claim to the throne and exposing Cao Kun's bribery of elections. His ideology was rooted in Confucianism, and he had a good intention to use the sages as weapons to save the declining world. His writings mostly expounded sage thoughts, based on the world's moral and human hearts, righteous and stern, and vastly evolving. His poems, describing the will and reason, have the appearance of Song poetry of ancient elegance and erudition. The study of his case will enhance the understanding of the face and achievements of the modern Yunnan literati community.

The introduction of the "double reduction" policy provides policy support and practical direction for deepening the reform of the elementary education in Qujing, building a good education ecosystem, and achieving development of quality. The high-quality elementary education ecology cannot be separated from the internal integration and orderly cooperation of the three ecological circles: the main ecosystem, the normative ecosystem, and the social ecosystem. In the past decade of the new era, while the elementary education ecology in Qujing has shown a good development momentum, there are also some problems such as obvious exam oriented concepts, imbalanced urban-rural education, disordered private education, inconsistent structural layout, and single evaluation methods. The high-quality development of elementary education in Qujing requires the use of "double reduction" and multi-party efforts to reconstruct the basic education ecosystem. At the normative level, the improvement of the institutional system of pluralistic co-governance should be realized; at the subjective level, a harmonious and progressive teacher-student relationship should be established; and at the social level, the synergy of internal and external education should be enhanced.

From 1935 to 1949, in order to improve the cultural level, national concept and national consciousness of ethnic minorities in the border areas, the Yunnan provincial government established and funded a number of schools in the border areas of Yunnan and made great efforts to carry out border education. Guishan Primary School was one of them. In the past decade, the relevant history has been studied, but not in depth. Taking Guishan primary school as a case, this paper comprehensively and deeply reveals the historical process of the germination, preparation, opening, development and end of border schools by using the methods of archives and oral history. In the context of diverse social cultures, different value orientations, poor moral self-discipline, early sexual maturity, liberation of sexual concepts and delayed marriage age, college students are lack of the cognition, attitude and behavioral ability in sexual and reproductive health. Taking the practice of youth health education in Q School as an example, this paper presents a multi-governance college youth health service model with family education as the basis, school education as the support, network education as the focus, peer education as the auxiliary, and social practice education as the supplement by integrating the participation of family, school, peer group, and social organizations. The results show that the innovation of youth health education in pluralistic co-governance colleges lies in the pluralistic cooperation of governance subjects, the empowerment and empowerment of pluralistic subjects in governance goals, and the integrated development of pluralistic education in governance strategies.

Exploring the ability of students’ teacher qualification examination in local colleges and universities to examine the teaching quality and students ' learning ability is of great importance.Based on the survey of 1321 students with teacher qualification examination experience, the SEM model was used to analyze the results.The results showed that local college students’ teacher qualification certificate examination ability is worrying, perception of teaching environment has a significant negative impact on test-taking ability, and there is a deviation between teaching and students’ ability literacy requirements, learning engagement has a significant positive impact on test-taking ability, and employment beliefs have masking effect and mediating effect in the influence of teaching environment perception and learning engagement on test-taking ability.Based on this, accelerating the reform of teacher education and teaching is proposed by paying attention to students ' employment beliefs and enhance employment confidence.

Language ecology is an important part of the comprehensive promotion of rural vitalization.The protection and development of characteristic ethnic villages is in line with the general requirements of the rural vitalization strategy.The survey shows that the language ecology of “national traditional village” Lazhe Village in Lubuge Township presents a new dynamic in the dimensions of economy and media with its flexible code-switching, prominent demand for national standard language system, and development of ethnic written language to be enhanced.Ethnic communication and integration, government support and party building guidance, tourism development and network technology help constitute important mechanisms affecting language ecology.In view of the language needs of local rural vitalization, the government, schools and villages have formed a joint force to protect and develop the language ecology through various strategies in the aspects of improving the ability of national standard spoken and written language, inheriting ethnic language and culture, and developing ethnic language resources, so as to help rural vitalization.

Dialectics of tone has always been the key and difficult point in the promotion of Putonghua in minority areas, and the analysis of tone deviation has become an important link in tone dialectics.Therefore, this paper uses PRAAT Chinese phonetic analysis software, taking preschool children teachers in Guangnan County as the research object, and makes an acoustic analysis of their Mandarin falling-rising and falling tone deviation, and compares the experimental data with the tone pattern of Mandarin.The results showed that tone of mandarin in the native speaker was not enough tortuous and the tone was smooth.The falling tone type shows a slow decreasing trend of falling tone type, and the degree of falling tone decline is insufficient.The main reasons are the negative transfer of mother tongue and the influence of language environment.
