Abstract: Trade in services is an important part of China's foreign economic and trade exchanges. With the rapid development of digital technology, traditional trade in services has achieved digital transformation, and a number of emerging trade in services have emerged. Digital service trade has become an important force to realize high-quality economic development to promote the modernization of a huge population, the modernization of the common prosperity of all the people, the coordinated modernization of material civilization and spiritual civilization, the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the realization of modernization on the road of peaceful development. However,there is a big gap between China's current digital core technology and developed countries, imperfect rules and regulations, lack of voice in the formulation of digital service trade rules, and digital trade restrictions have become a major obstacle to the development of digital service trade. Therefore, we should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure, actively participate in the construction of international rules of digital service trade, strengthen the training of digital talents, and accelerate the digital transformation of traditional service trade and the development of emerging service trade.
