The key to rural revitalization lies in industrial prosperity. As a large agricultural city, Qujing City has a large number of small and medium-sized new agricultural business entities facing different degrees of financing difficulties in the development process, which restricts their scale and intensive development and needs to break through the financing bottleneck. Promoting the consolidation of poverty alleviation achievements and the effective connection between the rural revitalization strategy is an important part of Qujing's "three rural" work. In the new development stage, high-quality development has become the basic guiding ideology of economic and social development. For the revitalization of rural industries in Qujing City, we must also take the road of high-quality development. By selecting the growth, efficiency, benefit, green and structure of rural industrial development as the evaluation indicators of high-quality development, and making an empirical analysis on the development of rural industries in Qujing from 2016 to 2021, we found the development quality of rural industries in Qujing has improved year by year. However, Qujing's rural industry has some deficiencies in innovation driven, featured, digitalized, value chain and other aspects in its development, and then forward measures such as deepening the supply side structural reform, accelerating the development of digital agriculture, promoting the deep integration of industries, and strengthening the cultivation of characteristic industries are put forward.

Significant progress has been made in the comprehensive victory against the battle of alleviating poverty. In the formerly poverty-stricken areas, especially in those of extreme poverty, great achievements have been made in the post-poverty-alleviation era. The infrastructure of rural agricultural modernization has been improved. The business subjects of modern agriculture and rural collective economy are both developed. Management system of modern agriculture is innovated. A solid foundation for agricultural modernization in rural areas is laid. Talent support for agricultural modernization is established, which helps lay a foundation for realization of agricultural modernization in rural areas. However, there are still many problems in the process of agricultural modernization, such as barriers to labor transfer, land circulation system innovation dilemma, talent demand dilemma, structural and institutional obstacles. Poverty alleviation needs to be enhanced in the post-poverty-alleviation era. The modernization of rural agriculture needs to be closely connected with winning the battle against poverty. Qujing, the province's second-largest economy, has in recent years made every effort to create a “Green energy brand”, bringing in a number of companies to develop clusters for the photovoltaic industry, new energy and new materials industries, and silicon and chemical industries by the focus on building a green energy industry. At present, Qujing city has a low urbanization rate and unbalanced development between urban and rural areas. The urban-rural integration degree from 2001 to 2019 is comprehensively evaluated from economic, spatial, cultural, social and ecological civilization dimensions to construct an evaluation index system by using the method of principal component analysis. The results show that the degree of urban-rural integration development, the economic level of urban and rural residents and the quality of people's life in Qujing have been improving. However, there are obvious differences in urban-rural infrastructure, social security, ecological environment, and road traffic, and Qujing needs to strengthen its construction in rural infrastructure and agricultural modernization, ecological environmental protection, and culture and education.

The poetry of emotional tie describes the emotion on the basis of ties of blood. The west Jin Dynasty’s poetry of emotional tie was prosperous and famous poets at that time all created poetry of emotional tie, some of which became famous works. What were the causes for this phenomenon? First, the political atmosphere forced scholars to return to the family and emotional tie, which changed the elements of emotional tie in the poetry’s history. Second, Confucianism’s variation aroused the family feelings and urged scholars return to sincerely common customs and daily life, which established fixed ideological basis. At last, the development of history, formalism atmosphere and overall characteristics decided the inevitably prosperous of poetry of emotional tie. This phenomenon should attract the attention of ancient literature research and ancient poetry research.

Yang Shen, a native of Xindu in Sichuan during the Ming Dynasty, was relegated to Yunnan due to political turmoil, and lived there for more than thirty years, covering the mountains and rivers of Yunnan, leaving behind a considerable number of stone inscriptions, more than twenty at a rough count. In Yunnan, under the influence of the landscape and customs, Sheng'an either sentimentalized the landscape in the stone inscriptions, using history to express his will; or mingled with Yunnan scribes and sang to soothe the soul; or cared about people's livelihood, attaching importance to education, always full of "other country being the hometown" a sense of affection. From the point of view of literary art, there are works full of emotional flow, as well as gorgeous rhetorical works, showing the diversity of Yang Sheng's literature. For Yunnan, Sheng'an and his stone inscriptions have become a cultural symbol of tolerance and inclusion, symbolizing the harmonious development of the Central Plains and the frontier.

During the Qianjia period of the Qing Dynasty, Yin Shanglian, a literati in Kunming, Yunnan Province, wrote more than 300 ancient poems which were collected in Yu’anshan Fangshicao. The poems mainly focused on chanting history and remembering the past, painting scenery and chanting things, and giving rewards and making friends. The poetry style followed that of the Tang Dynasty, advocated Confucianism, admired the Jin style, which was similar to that of Tang poets. The poetry admired Wei and Jin’s style elegantly and charmingly, showing the hero with unrequited, lonely and cold melancholy and sigh, even under the hardships and embarrassment, but still with moral integrity, self-encouragement and a worrying heart about the world. Yin Shanglian was a typical common scholar of Yunnan at that time, and his poems could represent the spirit of Yunnan common people in the Qianjia period.

A questionnaire survey was used to investigate four aspects of rural preschool education, including teachers' professional development, resource allocation, teachers' professional identity, and special curriculum, among front-line early childhood teachers (443), kindergarten managers (171), and staff of the Education and Sports Bureau (14), totaling 628. The results found that the four aspects of teacher professional development, resource allocation, professional identity, and distinctive curriculum together influenced the development of rural preschool education. On this basis, we proposed a clear "four-in-one" operation mechanism, a "five-support" guarantee system, a "three-stage, five-level" pre-vocational training system, and a "three-stage, five-level" post-vocational training system for the development of rural preschool education. The four education improvement strategies are: clarifying the "four-in-one" operation mechanism, creating a "five support" guarantee system, building a "three-stage and five-level" pre-vocational and post-vocational integrated training system, and building a "three-in-one" home-building system.

Director Tsui Hark adapted an ancient Chinese legend and created the "Second World"-"Jiangnan" in which gods, men and ghosts coexist in the movie "Green Snake". As a "second creator", the director first reconstructed the free space of erotic desire-the White House and the man-made sacred space--Jinshan Temple, and set off the beauty of love through the juxtaposition of spaces; secondly, the director reconstructed the physical space of the characters, such as Fahai's-- the young body becomes the carrier of the conflict between reason and desire, and the green snake, which is intertwined with snake nature and human nature, has changed from a marginal role to the subject of expression of erotic discourse. Yang Fuyin is a famous artist in Changsha, Hunan Province. He is not only proficient in poetry and painting theory, but also has a very high talent in painting. His "anti-line drawing" is one of his most acclaimed achievements. Through the method of literature analysis, this paper analyzes and summarizes the form, meaning, style of Yang Fuyin's "anti-line drawing" and its inheritance and innovation of Chinese painting. In terms of form, "anti-line drawing" has the characteristics of simplicity, change and subtlety, which has opened up a new form of painting for Chinese painting. In terms of implication, "anti-line drawing" shows the painting artistic conception of "deep feeling, thick taste, simple and high-quality". In terms of style, "anti-line drawing" focuses on balancing the relationship between elegance and vulgarity. "Anti-line drawing" is a model for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese painting. The study has important implications for the current development trend of Chinese painting, such as how to innovate ink and how to balance elegance and vulgarity.
