Abstract: The institutional aim of collective ownership is to realize common prosperity. The collective economy based on the leadership of the Communist Party of China which is the practical platform from Chinese characteristics of system to Chinese characteristics of governance. The basic path is to make the first distribution bigger, make the second distribution better, and make the third distribution excellent. The paper proposes that we should insist on the leadership of the Communist Party of China to play the role of collective economy in common prosperity. The mechanism to perfect community distribution pattern for collective economy and to connect distribution resources between external and internal of collective has been found.
