Abstract: At present, Qujing city has a low urbanization rate and unbalanced development between urban and rural areas. The urban-rural integration degree from 2001 to 2019 is comprehensively evaluated from economic, spatial, cultural, social and ecological civilization dimensions to construct an evaluation index system by using the method of principal component analysis. The results show that the degree of urban-rural integration development, the economic level of urban and rural residents and the quality of people's life in Qujing have been improving. However, there are obvious differences in urban-rural infrastructure, social security, ecological environment, and road traffic, and Qujing needs to strengthen its construction in rural infrastructure and agricultural modernization, ecological environmental protection, and culture and education.
