K-means clustering method is one of the classic and widely-used clustering analysis methods because of its fast execution efficiency and simple algorithm. However, the traditional K-means clustering algorithm does not consider the importance of each index while the importance of each index is different and it should be treated differently. This paper improves the traditional K-means clustering method and proposes a weighted K-means clustering algorithm in order to verify the superiority of the improved algorithm, we take iris as the experimental data, and set up three experiments for comparative analysis. The experimental results show that the weighted K-means clustering algorithm converges faster, the classification result is closer to the original classification, and the effect is better. In order to further illustrate the practicability of weighted K-means clustering algorithm, this paper takes some indexes of 103 colleges and universities as experimental data, and uses the algorithm for clustering analysis.

Bamboo forests are widely distributed in Yunnan. Numerous fungi inhabit on bamboo host, most of which are ascomycetes. In this study, the species diversity and distributions of bambusicolous ascomycetes were investigated based on the data collected from central, south, northeast and northwest of Yunnan. Fungal isolation, DNA extraction, sequencing and identification were carried out. Totally, 300 samples were collected, and pure cultures were obtained by using methods of single spore isolation and tissue isolation. Seventy-four species were identified based on molecular analyses. Bamboo ascomycetes distributions of each area of Yunnan were statistically recorded. The research shows that fungal species diversity in the southern area is relatively rich, however, in the northwest of Yunnan, it demonstrates lower due to the high altitude. The species diversities in classes, orders, families and genera were carried out to show that species mainly belong to classes Dothideomycetes, Sordariomycetes and orders Botryosphaeriales, Hypocreales, Pleosporales and Xylariales. The most widely distributed families are Apiosporaceae, Bambusicolaceae, Botryosphaeriaceae, Roussoellaceae and Xylariaceae. Arthrinium, Bambusicola and Roussoella were the most widely distributed genera. Members of Arthrinium and Botryosphaeriaceae are common plant pathogens. The discovery has reference value for plant disease control and resource conservation.

The plant species composition, diversity changes and floristic characteristics of Cuifeng mountain in Qujing, Yunnan were analyzed based on the results of field survey from 2019 to 2021 to provide the basic data for the protection of plant species diversity in this area. The results showed that there were 301 species of vascular plants, belonging to 88 families and 222 genera, with Pinaceae, Rosaceae and Asteraceae being the dominant families, and Pinus, Magnolia and Sabina are the dominant genera; that the richness of plant species decreased with the increase of altitude; and that the index of species richness of sample plots at 2100 m and 2200 m is low, which may be resulted from the higher altitude area of Cuifeng mountain being mostly covered by shrubs, and the canopy density being higher. Hitherto, the above reasons may cause the decline of herb diversity on the understory. There are abundant floristic components in this area. Among the distribution types, the temperate geographical distribution of plant genera is the largest (61.89%), and the temperate components are more than the tropical one. The R/T value of these two types is 1.62. The distribution is dominated by temperate geographical components and supplemented by tropical components, and tropical and temperate components permeate each other with obvious transition characteristics.

Genus Amorphophallus are perennial herbs that belong to the Araceae family. For the high glucomannan content in the underground corm, several species in this genus have been planted in many Asian countries, such as China and Japan. Although there is a long history of cultivation in China, the molecular identification method of Amorphophallus species is still not available, which hinders the plantation industry. Simple sequence repeat (SSR) has been considered as one of the powerful and informative molecular markers in identifying species and crop varieties. In this study, SSR markers of Amorphophallus species were developed by using restriction site-associated DNA sequencing, and 12 screened polymorphic markers were used for identifying four Amorphophallus species. The results showed that the allele number of 12 SSR markers ranged from two to four. These SSRs could distinguish A. yunnanensis and A. tonkinensis from the rest two species. This study gives hints to the molecular identification of Amorphophallus resources in the future.

A joint salience detection algorithm based on foreground correspondence for multiple images is proposed to filter the redundant information in the image. The accurate foreground region is selected from the convex hull by using the boundary continuity, and then the corresponding foreground region is fused with the background based salience map to generate the final joint salience map. The results show that the minimum value of joint salience map can reach 0.071 because of other algorithms and the MAE value of single detection salience map, which indicates that the foreground correspondence salience detection algorithm combined with background has good detection ability in multi-image detection, and has important research significance and application prospect in the field of computer vision.

The OBE concept and hybrid teaching model have formed a complete theoretical system and implementation model after many years of practice, but the organic combination of the two has been little reported. The teaching content of the Basic Ecology is divided into high-level questions and low-level questions based on the OBE concept. Two types of teaching strategies are put forward at four levels--before class, during class, after class, and course assessment based on these two questions. Finally, a questionnaire is used to investigate students' satisfaction with the achievement of course goals. The results show that the hybrid teaching model based on the OBE concept can force the improvement of students' learning process through the output of learning results, and provide a new paradigm for the teaching of Basic Ecology courses.
