The metauniverse and the real universe together constitute the super universe, and the real world and the virtual world together constitute the total world. The total world is the general designation of the real society and the virtual society of human activities. The real universe is the origin of the metauniverse and the total universe. The metauniverse and the total universe that leave the real universe with no physical and social conditions for existence. The metauniverse and super universe are the inevitable products of the development of the digital revolution at a specific historical stage,which are also important components of the digital economy. As the fourth technological and industrial revolution in human history, the digital revolution is bound to become the leading driving force and typical symbol to promote the Centennial changes and the evolution of the international political and economic order. Strengthening the construction of digital infrastructure, solving the technical problems of stuck neck, consolidating the foundation of intelligent manufacturing and promoting the development of digital trade and digital finance are the basic prerequisites for the development of metacosmic and hypercosmic industries, which requires forward-looking, innovative and strategic thinking. The great achievements and rich historical experiences made by the Communist Party of China in its hundred years of struggle, especially the historical experiences of adhering to theoretical innovation and pioneering innovation, can provide historical experiences for China to promote the development of meta universe industry, digital revolution and digital economy. Digital economy has become a key force to promote the economic development of all countries in the world. Exploring a digital economy development model in line with its national conditions under the background of the new era has great strategic significance for China. The difficulties and challenges in the development of China's digital economy have been analyzed to find that China's digital economy has encountered such problems as insufficient penetration of manufacturing industry, data islands, and information security. In addition, China is faced with the dual challenges of how to break through the digital economy in the global economy and the new relationship between digital economy and technological innovation. In the process of urbanization, the vitality of the mother tongue of many ethnic minorities has been affected to a certain extent. What is different from this phenomenon is that the vitality of the mother tongue of the Bulang people in Mangjingshangzhai, Jingmai Mountain has not declined, but has become more vibrant. Based on the first-hand materials obtained from field investigations, the article analyzes the historical and practical reasons for the good inheritance of the mother tongue of the Blang people in Shangzhai, Mangjing, namely the geographical distribution of high concentration, the high frequency of intra-ethnic marriage, and the origin of the Blang people. The main focus is on small villages, the revival of national culture, the enrichment of material life, and the declaration of intangible cultural heritage.

Vocabulary and grammar have always been the weak parts in the study of PSC, and they are also easily ignored by examinees. Two hundred and ninety cases of lexical and grammatical errors have been classified analyzed by analyzing 138 cases of PSC propositional speech of college students to find that most of the dialect errors are lexical errorsand that the others are mainly manifested in violation of the rules of grammatical structure or unreasonable, mostly in improper collocation, chaotic structure and unclear meaning. Effective means to solve the problem of lexical and grammatical errors of proposition speaking items are to avoid dialect vocabulary and grammar and Internet catchwords, improve emotional self-control ability, speak at an appropriate speed and master certain expression skills and improve the test results.

The establishment of the pilot Free Trade Zone provides a rare opportunity for Yunnan to further expand its opening to the outside world, and will also become a new engine to drive local economic development. The monthly panel data of 13 provinces in China government expenditure, fixed asset investment, and total retail sales of social consumer goods were selected by using the composite control method, selects to evaluate the effect of the establishment of Yunnan Free Trade Zone on local economy by calculating the real and predicted values of various economic variables of "real Yunnan" and "composite Yunnan" before and after the establishment of Yunnan Free Trade Zone. The results show that the establishment of the free trade zone has significantly promoted government expenditure and played a positive role in stimulating investment and consumption.

The governance of areas of ethnic groups which plays a pivotal role in social stability and national unity is concerned with the social stability and the vital interests of the people and it is an important way to improve the governance of areas of ethnic groupsis to build a community of social governance in the areas. Based on the data of the third survey of women's social status in China in 2010 and the data of the last two national censuses, the influencing factors of the job changes of high-level talents in China have been analyzed. The results show that administrative positions have a significant impact on the job changes of high-level talents. Three aspects must be taken into considered to reduce the internal friction of high-level talents outside their work. Firstly, from the top-level design level of the national system, the talent flow mechanism must be improved and the spatial layout of talentsit must be optimized. Secondly, from the perspective of employers, people must be employed both "rationally" and "sensibly"; and finally, from the perspective of talents themselves, they should aim at positioning in the process of choosing jobs to avoid the adverse effects brought by frequent job changes.
