    Li Fajia, one of the typical reformers in Kangxi’s governance (1654-1722) in Qing Dynasty, wrote many poems which recoded most of his official careers and mental processes. His most distinguishing achievements include official deed in Hunan Province and talents distributions in Hunan Province. His compositions of poems are Tang Dynasty-oriented and in Du Fu’s style. Li Fajia’s official career and poem compositions are the epitome of Kangxi’s good governance in Qing Dynasty.

    The figures of speech in narrative poem Ashima are enriched with diverse culture of the Sani people. The transfer of the rhetoric features as well as of the cultural connotation should be considered in the translation of the poem. In virtue of corpus research, the paper analyzes the translation methods of the figures of speech used by Gladys Yang, a famous translator, in her English version Ashima. It is found that the translator does her utmost to transfer ethnic features of the the figures of speech of the source language by literal translation, and also tries to follow the lingusitic and cultural principles of the target language by liberal translation

    The aggrieved party’s statement and the witness’s statement are independent of each other as evidences in the criminal proceedings, but in the judiciary practice, the aggrieved party’s duality, unidirectionality of the statement, appearance in court, provision of the evidence, question of the evidence and the burden of the aggrieved party’s false evidence cause many problems. The status of the aggrieved party in the criminal proceedings is not improved and his rights are not protected by categorizing the aggrieved party into the client under the background of lack of state compensation rules and inadequate social aiding system. Therefore, the essential method for the problems is to put the aggrieved party’s statement as the witness’s evidence and develop comprehensive protecting system for the aggrieved party.

    The Shui people are mainly distributed in Guizhou, Yunnan, Guangxi and Jiangxi, most of which have been assimilation by Han people, but some of them still have such characteristic common law as the thief should be published to “chi lang”.     In this article, through the professional identification scale for teacher in secondary vocational schools to investigate 486 teachers' professional identity status of yunnan province. The results indicated that the professional identity of teachers is at upper middle level in the overall level;through the variation analysis of the professional identity of teachers in the sample, the professional identity of teachers in non-border areas are significantly better in the border areas; The professional identity of teachers in ethnic minority areas are significantly lower than in the Han Chinese areas; the professional identity of teachers in the relatively developed areas in economy are significantly higher than in the relatively backward areas in economy; the variation analysis of teachers professional identity from demographic variables is ,the teachers professional identity in the gender,occupation, the vocational nature of the school, graduate school type, among the survey schools are significant differences.The teachers professional identity in seniority, nationality, marital status, education, income, teaching subjects, whether or not as a head teacher , whether or not administrative duties are not significant differences.

    It is sure that Jiushi and Bilun are not Cai Yi’s works. The theory that theses two papers are from Song Dynasty needs more assessment and the author of this thesis claims that the papers are from Tang Dynasty and the people in Song Dynasty just copied them. The proofs for my claim are: the Emperor’s Tang Xuanzong’s favorite calligraphy was of this style, which was the solid political basis; the popularity of the papers in Tang Dynasty and some people had read them in Tang Dynasty; the books had formed in Tang Dynasty but they got little attention and they got popular under the name of Cai Yi; people in Tang Dynasty paid much attention to the writing skills of calligraphy; and there was the possibility that the papers combined the theories from Liu Dynasty and Tang Dynasty.
