    Effectively protecting, inheriting and developing intangible cultural heritage is a heating topic both in the academic circle and in the political circle. Taking the intangible cultural heritage as a kind of sources to protect is an effective way for developing the culture industry. The long history, rich scholars and intangible cultural heritage of diverse varieties provide rich and valuable cultural sources for developing the cultural industry in Lijiang. The cultural industry in Lijiang now has developed into a situation of rich cultures, locality and taste of quality and it has achieved greatly both in the social efficiency and economic efficiency. Analyzing the theoretical basis for developing the cultural industry in Lijiang from the micro-prospective, the theoretical basis is Marxist “cultural productivity theory” and the theoretical source is Bourdieu Pierre's theory of cultural capital.

    In The Republic (Volume Two to Three), Plato urged the hero images in poetries to be perfect in the purpose of constructing an ideal country and educating citizens. There are many similarities between the perfect hero images in Plato’s mind and the perfect hero images in China's revolutionary model opera. The failure of the perfect hero images in China's revolutionary model opera, was indirectly but fully shown the failure of Plato's requirements. Plato lacked of confidence in his ideal country’s citizens, worried about the citizens being affected by bad art or bad education. As a result, he urged poets to educate the citizens with good content, and urged the hero images in poetries to be perfect.

    Local universities should guide teachers to complete the transformation into the university of application and technology in order to achieve the goal to create the university of application and technology. The teacher’s transition depends on the professional development of teachers. The basis of teacher professional development is to improve the professional quality structure. The professional quality structure for teachers of the applied sciences university should not only reflect the common characteristics of other universities, following the basic stipulation of all teachers, but also reflect a series of personality traits, meeting the specific context of new university teachers. In terms of common traits, the professional quality structure of applied sciences university teachers mainly include four parts of professional philosophy structure, professional knowledge structure, professional ability structure and professional ethics structure. In terms of personality traits, professional quality structure of the application technology university teachers needs to reflect three essential attributes of applied sciences university: application, technology and locality.     The “rising of studies of Chinese ancient civilization” arouses people’s nature and consciousness. The classics which firstly aroused people’s nature and consciousness is the Standards for Being a Good Student, an original children’s enlightening reading. The morals in the Standards for Being a Good Student are not well mastered by many students and some adults, however. Some Buddhist professors even compared the Standards for Being a Good Student with Imperial Collection of Four. The educational ideas as teaching materials, value orientation, teaching contents, teaching principles and learning methods are of great importance and wisdoms of Confucius cultures.     In this thesis, we have conducted a contrastive discourse analysis of the processes of transitivity and themes between the four English versions of Moonlight Over the Lotus Pond, which are translated by Zhu Chunshen, Yang Xianyi, Wang Jiaosheng and Li Ming, and the original text by Zhu Ziqing,a famous Chinese essayist, from the perspective of experiential metafunctions and textual experiential metafunctions based on the framework of systemic functional linguistics. We have tried to find out which edition of the four English versions is the best one with the statistical data, which provides readers with a more objective perspective and makes up for the defects of subjectivity and arbitrariness of the previous contrastive discourse analysis on the different translation versions, in which the analysts just pick out a few sentences from different English translation versions casually and randomly to analyze and then draw a conclusion that which one is the best.

    As an important material carrier of Cuan culture, the inscription on Cuan Longyan Stele provides precious documents for research into the history of minority nationalities in Yunnan province and the evolution of Chinese calligraphy. Moreover, the inscription is of high linguistic value featuring the combination of prose and parallel sentences, flowery language and elegant writing style. English translation of the inscription on Cuan Longyan Stele is a significant way of inheriting, protecting and promoting Cuan culture. Thus, this paper probes English translation studies of the inscription from the perspective of intercultural communication, and helps its translation studies extend from intralingual translation to interlingual translation.     There were mismatches between the big population in Yongchang and its remote location recorded in JunGuoZhi. History of the Later Han Dynasty by Sima Biao in 140, which was questioned by many scholars. The amount population at that time, however, was reliable if the special growth of ethnic groups population and the ordinary growth of Chinese population were understood in different ways. Considering the prosperity of the Southern Silk Road and the development of Yongchang county at that time , we may find that the population recorded in JunGuoZhi. History of the Later Han Dynasty by Sima Biao is realizable and reasonable. Therefore, the specialty in the special period should be taken into account when the population of ethnic groups is estimated.

From the development of Yunnan copper we may find that the “hometown-land -farmer” structure could not self-adapt because of the fossilization of national policy and people’s minds and cultures under the agricultural cultures.     In Yuan Dynasty, the idea of “excluding the ethnic groups from China” was deleted and a government in Yunnan under the central government was established to carry out the same policy as that in the inner part of China. The policy of the central government of Yuan Dynasty was to defend the frontier areas. The territory policy was based on defense and preparation and the governmental and local governments were established. In Qing Dynasty, there was less discrimination over ethnic groups and the executive policy was to defense the inner part and govern the frontier areas. The Ministry of Minority Affairs was established as the highest government for governing ethnic groups. The policies for governing Yunnan in Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties evolved and there were distinctions in carrying out the policies. The central government of Yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties developed courier routes and education in Yunnan, which promoted the exchange of economy and cultures between the inner China and the frontier areas and advanced the society.

    Jiang Weye’s Formosan Dance, the first Chinese symphony awarded the internal prize, which was awarded the special prize of the 11th Berlin Olympic Music Contest in 1936, made him famous since then. The symphony established itself great status in the history of Chinese music. The symphony had been analyzed from the perspective of the musical structure, tonality and concord. The analysis of the symphony from the perspective of its rhythm was few, however.
