Abstract: From the longitudinal perspective, there are great achievements for the security of pension in Qujing during the twelfth-five-year plan, however, there are also weak ground and inadequate resources for the pension. During the thirteenth-five-year plan, Qujing is offered opportunities to join the national strategy to make full use of the resources and develop the pension industry through taking the advantage of “being an experimental region for reforming the pension service” and piloting the industry with intelligence and innovation.
