Principal component analysis (PCA) is widely used in many areas of scientific discoveries due to its dimension reduction and orthogonality of each principal component. However, The principal components are often the linear combinations of all the predictors and it is hard to achieve good model interpretability. In this paper, sparse approximation of the loadings of the principal components is induced by elastic net methods, and we established the sparse approximation principal component analysis (sPCA) algorithm. The sPCA not only keeps the advantages of original PCA, but also can greatly improve the model interpretability due to the sparsity of the loadings.

The tribological properties of the Si-GCr15 friction pair at different loads and speeds were investigated by UMT-2 tribometer under the oil-lubricated condition of squalane which is environmentally friendly. The wear trace of friction pair was also scanned by scanning electron microscopy and its wear mechanisms were analyzed. The results showed that the load was inversely proportional to the friction coefficient of the friction pair, and the effect of the velocity on the friction coefficient was mainly related to the temperature. Under the condition of oil lubrication, the wear trace of worn surface was smooth, and a transfer film was formed on the surface of the steel ball, which can effectively reduce the friction and wear of the friction pair.

The middle school stage is the key period to cultivate high-level thinking for students. Therefore, under the theoretical support of the research-led teaching concept by student-centered, the excellent physics class in middle school was explored and constructed. The mixed teaching mode was employed in the excellent physics class based on student-centered and teacher-guided, which contained inquiry teaching mode, task driven teaching mode, project decomposition teaching mode, problem-solving teaching mode, group cooperative-learning teaching mode and so on. Modern educational technology was adequately used in the excellent physics class to assist instruction. Practical results showed that the physics teaching of middle school based on the research-led teaching concept makes students change from passive learning to active learning, which effectively cultivate students' higher-level thinking and improve teaching efficiency.

Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to qualitative analysis the nutrients of Russula virescens and Russula vinosa. The infrared spectra showed that the main nutrients in these two mushroom species were polysaccharides, proteins and lipids. In the characteristic region of infrared spectra, the absorption bands were overlapped with each other, resulting in some spectral information were covered and difficult to obtain the contain information of nutrients. In this paper, second derivative spectroscopy, Fourier self-deconvolution spectroscopy combined with curve-fitting analysis were used to mine the hidden information of overlapping bands. The curve-fitting analysis of the peaks at around 1319, 1151, 936 and 887 cm
-1
showed that the content of β-D-glucan in Russula virescens was lower than that in Russula vinosa, but the content of starch was just the opposite. The results showed that Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy combined with data mining method could qualitative analysis the nutrients in mushrooms rapidly.

Aware of current existing problems in the teaching of chemical engineering cartography and AutoCAD, a series of educational reform measures were put forward in this paper. The teaching content was integrated into six modules and the actual projects carried through in all these modules as main line. Moreover, the modules were organized as a number of task cards of the reading and drawing of chemical engineering designs. The classroom teaching was organized efficiently via task-driven teaching method. In addition, the examination evaluation method was reformed. Due to these reform initiatives, the course was more practical and in line with the needs of students' career development. Based on the data of trade export value added (TiVA), this paper compares and discusses the internal and external demand dependence of CAFTA in the global production network by referring to the backward correlation degree of GVC and the contribution rate of final demand. The conclusion shows: At the level of export value-added dependence, the internal dependence of the CAFTA is greater than the external dependence, and the economic links in the production division of labor within the CAFTA are increasingly close. At the same time, China's position as an upstream supplier in ASEAN is steadily rising.At the level of final demand dependence, each economy relies more on the outside than on the inside of CAFTA, contributes less to the final demand market within FTA and provides less momentum for development. However, the inter-supply relationship within each economy is rising, the degree of interdependence is increasing, and the economic development within CAFTA is moving forward. Strength is expected to increase.
