Yunnan is located in the southwestern border of China, with a population of more than 4,000. There are 25 ethnic minorities living in certain areas, of which 15 are unique to Yunnan. There are quite a number of minority students in Yunnan Province who teach in Chinese in joint classes with Han students. In order to actively and effectively carry out mathematics education for minority students, improve their mathematics level and achievement, and promote their all-round development. This paper mainly investigates and studies the primary and secondary schools in this kind of joint school. Lutein ester is mainly composed of dipalmitate and dimyristate, which is the most abundant in

L.. In order to study the distribution of lutein esters in
Tagetes erecta
L., the Fourier transform infrared spectrometer was used to obtain the spectrum of its petal, stalk and leaf. In the Fourier transform infrared spectra of the petal, stalk and leaf, the characteristic absorption peak of the carbonyl was observed at near 1735 cm
-1
, which indicated that the petal, stalk and leaf contained a certain amount of esters. Because of the absorption peak of carbonyl was overlapped by the absorption band of protein, its strength could not be determined accurately. For the purpose of obtaining information on the absorption peak of carbonyl, curve fitting analysis technique was used to separate the overlapped peaks of the absorption band. The results of curve fitting analysis showed that the order of lutein ester content in
Tagetes erecta
L. from high to low was the petal, stalk and leaf. The results showed that Fourier transform infrared spectrum could be used to analysis the content of esters in

Heat capacity is an important physical quantity used to measure the heat contained in a material, and it reflects the ability to absorb heat energy and convert heat into internal energy of the materials. In the practical application, the heat capacity difference under different conditions often needs to be decided. This article summarized the three simple methods, such as substitution method, complex function derivation method and Jacobian determinant method, to calculate the heat capacity difference for the simple fluid system, the dielectric system and the magnetic media system. The applications of three methods in common thermodynamic systems are also introduced in order to deepen the understanding the heat capacity difference.

In this paper,the statistical method of scenic spot density and ArcGIS visualization technology are used to reveal the temporal and spatial differentiation of A-level scenic spot structure. The dominant factors are explored by using geographical detector. The data of A-level scenic spots in 2009, 2013 and 2016 in Yunnan Province are taken as an example. The results found that the spatial-temporal evolution of density in A-level scenic spot in Yunnan has showed some characteristics: the A-level scenic spots are dense in central Yunnan. They are different in the south and north of Yunnan Province. “These scenic spots gather and develop, but the speed of development in different cities and states is inconsistent.”The main factors are traffic differentiation factors, population agglomeration factors, economic development factors and openness factors.Their forces vary over time and in different regions.

Industrial poverty alleviation is an important way to get rid of poverty in poor mountain areas. Understanding the topographic relief characteristics ofWumeng Mountain area and the distribution of industrial population can bring reference to the implementation of precision industry poverty alleviation. Based on the DEM data of 90m resolution ofWumeng Mountain area and the census data of industrial census in 2010,the best statistical window of terrain fluctuation is determined by mean change point method and the regional topographic undulation is extracted,combined with industrial population density and industrial population concentration index. The topographical relief ofWumeng Mountain area and the gathering of the industrial population reveals the intrinsic link between the two. The study draws the following conclusions:(1) The topographic relief ofWumeng Mountain area is dominated by small rolling hills and hills. The overall topographic relief is decreasing from the northwest to the southeast,and the central and eastern plains and terraces are quite wide. (2) The industrial population ofWumeng Mountain area is dominated by agricultural population,and its density is the highest in all industries; the concentration of Liangshan is the lowest in all industries,and the concentration of population in each region with better regional economic development is higher. (3) In Wunmeng Mountain area the population of the primary industry has the greatest correlation with the topographical relief, followed by the tertiary industry population,and the least relevant is the secondary industry; the small rolling hills are the comprehensive development zones and are the primary activity areas of the primary industry,hills and The layout of the second and third industries in the following regions is relatively reasonable,and it is advisable to protect and moderately develop tourism in the high and low mountains.

When tourists pay attention to tourism elements to a certain extent, some tourists will make a corresponding evaluation on the network.Therefore, tourists' online reviews can be used to identify the concerns and problems of tourist destinations, so as to provide the basis for “advantages” and “short boards”.Taking Kunming as the object of study, this paper selects tourism reviews five of major tourism e-business platforms of Kunming as the data sources, uses the content analysis method, and carries on the research to the Kunming tourism perception.?The results show that tourists are higher satisfied with Kunming tourism, among which tourists' have the stronger sense perception of Kunming's multi-national culture and characteristic natural landscape, but they have the extremely low perception of “tourist shopping”, “resident image” and “environmental hygiene”. Based on the above analysis, it is proposed that Kunming tourism should deeply develop tourism products, design boutique tourism routes, perfect tourism infrastructure, set up a market image with regional characteristics of Kunming, and innovate tourism propaganda and promotion methods?so as to promote the construction of Kunming international tourist destination.

Altitude training is a very important branch in the field of sports human science research and an important part of sports training. Plateau training refers to a purposeful and planned training method in which athletes are organized into reasonable altitude training places to conduct special sports training,using plateau anoxic climate and exercise stimulation to fully mobilize the body's functional potential and improve exercise capacity. Through the visual analysis of the index data of the plateau training related research collected by CNKI from 1992 to 2019,we found that the frontiers and hotspots of plateau training in China in recent years. The results show that:1) China's altitude training research is mainly concentrated in areas with developed domestic economy and better education development. 2) Research frontier hotspots mainly focus on the exploration of physiological and biochemical indicators of athletes and plateau training modes,such as hemoglobin,EPO,exercise capacity,hypoxic training, and high to low training.

From the perspective of medical anthropology, this paper explains the origin and evolution of Dai peacock dance by using relevant theories, and puts forward some suggestions on the development of Dai peacock dance in Yunnan. The conclusion is that the Dai Peacock Dance originates from the Dai people's adaptation to the environment and cultural design, and evolves from totem worship to health and fitness, psychological edification to national self-confidence, self-entertainment to healthy ecological cultural system construction. The development of the Dai peacock dance in Yunnan should be adapted to the current environment, and the development trend of the Dai peacock dance should be grasped to guide its development.

Based on the 3H theory of back style high jump, 47 students majoring in physical education adopted the method of comparative experiment. Under the condition of similar physical quality and body shape, the same approach and take-off technique and take-off and push out technique were used in the teaching. Through the standing take-off and landing pad practice in the experimental group and heightening the take-off and landing pad practice, the hip and waist of the students were lifted to delay the free fall and create more space time. The perception time of air movement is long, and the auxiliary teaching design of students' passing pole technique is strengthened. It is found that the assistant teaching method can improve the technical performance of high jump through the improvement of passing pole technology. This optimization is reflected in the improvement of the utilization rate of jumping height, which is of positive significance for students with the same height of body center of gravity to improve the performance of high jump and technique.

The relationship between peer mutual aid pairing and learning effect and students 'ability cultivation is still inconclusive. Some scholars believe that heterogeneous pairing can effectively promote students' cognitive level development and improve the understanding ability of technical action principles. Some scholars believe that homogenous pairing can highlight the equal relationship between students and is conducive to improving learning effectiveness and ability. In order to explore the influence of different pairing methods on student movement skills learning, 72 students from 2 natural classes in our 2018 physical education major were selected as the research subjects, and 5(pairing method) X3(action skill test level topic) was mixed for experimental design and interview. To explore the influence of different matching methods on students 'mastery of the principles and understanding of motion techniques. The results show that peer mutual aid pairs have the greatest impact on students, but the benefits are different. Teachers should give full play to the guiding function and effectively promote the development of students 'recent development areas.
