Abstract: The relationship between peer mutual aid pairing and learning effect and students 'ability cultivation is still inconclusive. Some scholars believe that heterogeneous pairing can effectively promote students' cognitive level development and improve the understanding ability of technical action principles. Some scholars believe that homogenous pairing can highlight the equal relationship between students and is conducive to improving learning effectiveness and ability. In order to explore the influence of different pairing methods on student movement skills learning, 72 students from 2 natural classes in our 2018 physical education major were selected as the research subjects, and 5(pairing method) X3(action skill test level topic) was mixed for experimental design and interview. To explore the influence of different matching methods on students 'mastery of the principles and understanding of motion techniques. The results show that peer mutual aid pairs have the greatest impact on students, but the benefits are different. Teachers should give full play to the guiding function and effectively promote the development of students 'recent development areas.
