Construction of Top Quality Course of Physical Education in Colleges and Universities under the Mixed Learning Mode

Abstract: Through research methods such as literature, comparative analysis, logical thinking, the analysis of the current situation of “three and seven no” in Physical Education in Colleges and universities, the open online course has some problems, such as lagging behind in construction, weak unit assignments and interaction links, and lack of restraint mechanism. This paper puts forward the idea of introducing the mixed learning mode to construct the top quality course platform of physical education in colleges and universities, and designs the four-step whole course plan of objectives, contents, implementation and evaluation.
