Interpretation of Physical Literacy Based on the Perspective of Physical educator

Abstract: In order to further enrich and develop the theoretical research of Physical literacy in China, the literature review method is mainly used to interpret the connotation of foreign physical literacy from the perspective of “educate people”. The study considers Physical literacy to be based on “embodiment” as a philosophical foundation, while incorporating Literacy's rich educational elements, taking into account the needs of school physical education and competitive sports, emphasizing individualized perception of physical activity through the body in a particular context. In order to obtain the advanced sports thinking ability of being a “complete person”, guaranteeing that a person's life can be competent for various forms of physical activity. Finally, based on the educational significance and the specific situation of our country, the concept of Physical literacy was defined from the perspective of a physical educator, and the process characteristics of sports literacy are explained. Through the high-quality school physical education system, the individual's life will show the physical literacy and apply it to all aspects of life.
