Yunnan provincial government’s decision to build Qujing into a sub-centeral city of Yunnan Province is a strategic one which is an important deployment to follow the trend of the times, combine with the actual situation of Yunnan, and promote high-quality development. In order to accomplish this important mission, we should carefully study the law of building provincial sub-centeral cities and grasp the basic connotation of "city", "sub-center" and "provincial region". Building Qujing into a sub-centeral city of Yunnan needs to deal with three key factors: enhancing the concept of sub-centeral city and promoting Qujing development by building the city into sub-central city of Yunnan; facing the main shortcomings as a sub-central city; and paying attention to the sub-central city construction of population issues. At the practical level, three key procedures should be dealt with: carefully planning the sub-central urban space, and expanding the urban spatial structure to a more developmentally significant range of urban networks. seeking policy support, innovating in management mechanism and system, and improving the guarantee of sub-central construction; and intensifying actions to form the development of various undertakings of the sub-central city with economic construction as the core, to build Qujing into a veritable sub-central city of Yunnan.

Originated from Hubei province in central China in 2003, thirty-eight provincial sub-central cities have been established throughout China, several practical laws of development have been established such as the law of the multifunction of sub-central cities, the law of the variation evolution of the urban leading industry functions, the law of the increase of urban economic development and upgrading, the law of the siphoning effect of urban economy, and the law of innovation-driven economic development and many others. As a later developed sub-central city in Yunnan, only by closely following the development laws of provincial sub-central city construction can Qujing be built into a major provincial sub-central city with strong economic capacity, a wide range of radiation, a high level of innovation-driven development, striking advantages and distinctive features as well as an outstanding effect of siphoning for the purpose of the great leap progress of Qujing .

Building Qujing into a sub-central city in Yunnan is not only the only way to promote the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and meet the needs of Qujing people for a better life, but also the objective requirement of high-quality leapfrog development of Yunnan's economy and society. Qujing, As Yunnan’s provincial sub-centralcity, Qujing's population growth has become the bottleneck of urban development. Problems such as large gap of urban population size, increasing loss of population and slow growth of urban population, affect the sustainable development of Qujing's urban construction. The superior geographical conditions and unique geographical advantages make the traffic in Qujing become the "throat of Yunnan", "key to Yunnan and Guizhou", and an important transportation hub connecting Yunnan and Southern Asia and Southeastern Asia. Under the background of strategic opportunities for Yunnan as China’s bridgehead, one belt and road, and the construction of the Yangtze economic belt, Yunnan’s"three strategies" and "sub-central center city in Yunnan",and under the guidance of national comprehensive transportation hub, the important transport hub in the region, a regional international logistics hub, the traffic function in Qujing becomes more prominent and the traffic development poses a big challenge. Some measures are put forward to strengthen the traffic status in Qujing by analyzing the development history of traffic in Qujing,summarizing the historical development stage and the characteristics of each historical stage on the basis of its achievements,top-level design implement differentiation strategy positioning transportation, modern information technology, and intelligent transportation in Qujing so that reference and theoretical guidance for traffic planning and development in Qujing are provided.

The Song of Youth is considered as a special text in the Red literature of“seventeen years”. The novel has polyphonic meaning from the explicit text level, it is a proud expression of the revolutionary growth and spiritual liberation of modern intellectuals; and at the level of implicit text, an implied thesis is the fate of Chinese intellectuals and individual women in the 20th, which has consequently reached a spiritual connection with the enlightenment theme of New Literature since the May 4th Movement. The classicality of The Song of Youth lies in that it is a metaphor of the fate of individual women and intellectuals in modern China with a female image constantly pursuing growth, which still has strong ideological enlightenment significance and value for the life choice of young people and young intellectuals.

The widespread dissemination of Red Crag prompted the image of Xiaoluobotou to be independent and re-interpreted in different forms. The image connotation of Xiaoluobotou changes with the transform of the narratives of different times. From the seventeen-year literary memoir to the presentation of various art forms in the new period, the image of Xiaoluobotou has envolved from"revolutionaries", "children"to"spiritual carriers". The literary significance of Xiaoluobotou was gradually weakened, and the contemporary value emerged obviously. By combing the evolution of the literary image of Xiaoluobotou, it is helpful to get the spirit of Red Crag, and then deepen the understanding of the contemporary value of the Red Classics.

In November of 2020, China held the largest population census in the world. The population not only reveals the "family background" of China's population, including the number, quality, structure and distribution of the national population, but also provides an important basis for China's 14th Five-year Plan for social and economic development. According to the data of the seventh census, several new changes have taken place in China's population in the past ten years: the population continues to grow, but the growth rate slows down gradually; population education culture and quality have steadily improved; the average number of years of education has been significantly improved; the gender structure of the population has gradually returned to equilibrium; the age structure of the population has been deeply aging; the proportion of the labor force has begun to decline; and the population structure has shown a deep U-shaped change of "two rises and one decline" The migration and movement of population has become more active, and the development of population urbanization has entered the fast lane. The transition from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period was an important watershed in the development of traditional Chinese history and culture. The transition from the Zhou Dynasty's feudal system to a monarchy state after the collapse of the feudal system can be seen as a shift from classicism to "modernity" under the framework of the big history. The changes from the Spring and Autumn Period to the Warring States Period determined the basic trajectory of the subsequent development of traditional Chinese history. The Chinese traditional society after the Warring States Period was essentially a "modern society" at the philosophical and cultural level, with the rise of secularism, materialism and individualism. The cultural significance of "modernity" has important reference and practical significance for the present.
