A Case Study on the Professional Development of Kindergarten Teachers under the Background of Standards

Abstract: “Standard” is the basis and guidance of preschool teachers'professional development. This paper takes E kindergarten as a case under the background of “Standard” and takes the basic requirements of “Standard” as the revised questionnaire to explore the situation of E kindergarten teachers' professional development. The survey shows that E kindergarten teachers'professional development meets the requirements of “Standard” to a higher degree, and more in accordance with the percentage of the above degree. 89.8%, but compared with professional knowledge and ability, the kindergarten teachers'professional development concept is relatively low, especially the development of the concept of nursery education is poor. It is necessary to upgrade the concept of professional development of kindergarten teachers on the basis of constantly updating professional knowledge and ability, establish a scientific concept of nursery education, so that kindergarten teachers can achieve a benign, dynamic and sustainable development. Development.
