Impact of Perception of Teaching Environment and Learninglearning Engagement on Local College Students' Teacher Qualification Certificate Test Ability: Mediating Role of Employment Belief

Abstract: Exploring the ability of students’ teacher qualification examination in local colleges and universities to examine the teaching quality and students ' learning ability is of great importance.Based on the survey of 1321 students with teacher qualification examination experience, the SEM model was used to analyze the results.The results showed that local college students’ teacher qualification certificate examination ability is worrying, perception of teaching environment has a significant negative impact on test-taking ability, and there is a deviation between teaching and students’ ability literacy requirements, learning engagement has a significant positive impact on test-taking ability, and employment beliefs have masking effect and mediating effect in the influence of teaching environment perception and learning engagement on test-taking ability.Based on this, accelerating the reform of teacher education and teaching is proposed by paying attention to students ' employment beliefs and enhance employment confidence.
