Abstract: China’s ecological civilization construction faces multiple ethical challenges,including the tension between environmental protection and economic development,ecological ethical disorder,and moral misconduct in governance. Guided by Marxist ecological ethics, the party-building approaches—strengthening value guidance,improving organizational leadership,and enforcing ecological responsibility—are proposed to address these challenges and promote the orderly advancement of ecological civilization.
