Strategies for Accelerating the Development of Science, Technology and Education in Qujing to Intergrate into the Provincial Sub-centre City

Abstract: Starting from the positioning of the provincial government on the development of Qujing, based on the basic conditions of building as provincial sub-central city, the main problems in science and technology, and education in building Qujing a provincial sub-central city are sorted out, and strategies are proposed to promote the construction of science and technology platforms, strengthen the cultivation and attraction of scientific and technological talents, improve the ability of transforming scientific and technological achievements into the real economy, improve the sustainable development system of specialized education, enhance the strength of higher education and improve the level of foreign exchanges and cooperation in order to accelerate the pace of building a provincial sub-centre city in Qujing.
