Loss and Reconstruction:The Culture Reengineering of Higher Vocational Colleges in Frontier Minority Area

Abstract: Campus culture is not only an abstract concept, but also an actual field. It stimulates the work of teaching and scientific research, talent cultivation and organization management with strong magnetic force. Due to the unique location and history, there are questions in the cultural construction of higher vocational colleges, such as the loss and dislocation, ambiguous orientation, without specific cultural contents, and so on. To perform the educational function of culture, the construction of campus culture should focus on the goal and doctrine of university education, reposition and highlight the characteristics of higher vocational education, strengthen the bonds with the local city and actively to promote the inheritance of ethnic cultures.
