On the Integration of Ideological and Political Teaching Materials in Primary school, Secondary School and College: A Case Study of "Reform and Opening up"

Abstract: The integration of ideological and political courses in primary school, secondary school and college should rely on the integration of teaching materials. Taking "reform and opening up" as an example, this paper analyzes the definition of "reform and opening up" and the presentation of teaching material content in the curriculum standards of primary school, secondary school and college at all stages, and points out that there are some problems in the current integration of ideological and political teaching materials in primary school, secondary school and college ,such as unclear curriculum objectives, overlapping teaching material content, great differences in teaching material compilation style, and not dealing with the relationship with other disciplines. In the future, according to the physical and mental laws of students at different stages, we should formulate the curriculum objectives orderly, plan the content of teaching materials as a whole, unify the writing style of teaching materials, and solve the relationship between the ideological and political course and other disciplines and the ideological and political course.
