Abstract: Through research methods such as literature and field surveys, this paper studies the cultivation mechanism of the minority sports tourism talents in southwestern China in order to provide reference for the supply of minority sports tourism skilled talents. The cultivation of reserve talents should be based on family villages, primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities, and society as a whole.
