摘要/Abstract

摘要： 周期性变化是高校教师成长发展的基本规律,云南地方高校青年英语教师在适应期、发展期、成熟期和形成风格期的各个阶段体现出相应的特征。针对不同时期不同阶段的特征和问题,应通过终身学习、塑造品格以及实战训练等途径和方法,扬长避短,引导和促进高校青年英语教师迅速成长为教育教师的中坚力量。

关键词: 英语专业青年教师, 成长阶段, 提升方法

Abstract: Periodical change is the bacis rule of college teachers' development. Young teachers of colleges in Yunnan province show corresponding characteristics in the following stages: adjustment, development, muturity, shaping one's style. Faced with characterisitcs and problems in different periods and stages, young teachers should adopt merits and avoid shortcomings by ways of lifelong learning, shaping one's character, practical training, etc so that these teachers can be guilded and promoted promptly as the core force of the staff.
